“HEADLINE: Thank you Megan and the Team for going out of your way to help me at a very stressful time. (This review is long overdue!) Weds morning 16 Aug 23 my car began "screaming" on the M61. I stayed in the slow lane and came off at the next junction and rang Parkills straight away. "Could I bring my car in?" Lovely Megan initially said at least a week. When I explained I am self-employed working across the NW and need my car, (don't work: don't earn) compounded by currently driving back and forth to a specialist vets 30+ miles away (my dog had cancer and days earlier had had a huge operation). Megan said she'd speak to the manager at 9. She called me back at 9 and said "bring the car in, though they may not get to it that day". A slow drive to Parkhills and I left it with them. Megan rang me that afternoon, they did in fact find out what was wrong with the car same day, then it was a case of waiting for parts, I added a full service to the work, and had a niggly tiny issue (I couldn't remove a plastic cap on one tyre valve to inflate it). Megan kept me informed throughout those 3 days (4 calls in 3 days) and I had my car back by Friday! So what could have been 2 weeks no income AND worry how I'd get my dog back to the vets in an emergency. I was only off the road for 2.5 days. This is the 2nd time Parkhills have provided excellent service and resolved an issue for me. I really appreciate Parkhills excellent customer service, going out of their way to look after me as a customer and the transparency of great videos illustrating what works needs to be done gives that added peace of mind. For me choosing a garage boils down to trust and good service, who will keep you safe on the roads. I'm confident when I take my car to Parkhills they'll do a good job and are always friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks again Megan, and sorry this review wasn't posted sooner!”

“I had my suzuki in for an mot and to fix an annoying squeal. Phil could not do enough for me, he went above and beyond ringing round for the best deal on parts that the car needed to pass its mot. He was genuine about finding me the best price and not having to pay more than what the car is worth. I rang a few weeks later because the squeal was still there, he had another look at it and solved the problem at no extra cost. He's a decent, good honest bloke which is rare to find these days. Thank you for all that you did, I really appreciate it and I will definitely use again.”

“Excellent Work & Great Service! My Mercedes A class front bumper needed replacing and re-painting, and CMBB was recommended to me. I’m glad I went with CMBB, as they did an excellent job. I was so pleased with the finish. It even looked better than a Mercedes body shop job, and it was at such a reasonable price! They even blew the leaves from beneath my car bonnet. And gave me a little pot of touch-up paint :-). Tony and Andy were friendly, professional, and offered great advice throughout. I truly appreciated the personal touch and attention to detail. “Fantastic service. After getting 2 incorrect quarter glass windows elsewhere, I wanted to be sure what was being sent was what I needed. I sent photos of what I needed to Honda Spares Oldham and they called me and went through everything over the phone and I was happy it was the right one. They've always done a great job, even going to the extent of fabricating a pipe for my nearly extinct Mazda's transmission as the part wasn't available anywhere. “I had a snapped/hanging heat shield that was rattling its head off after I hit a speed bump. Spoke to these guys and they booked me in on a day I had already booked off work (within a week). I took my car in today, they inspected and fixed the issue for a great price. All the staff are really helpful and the place seems very well organised (I had my car back within an hour or so). Front of house office was a nice, clean, tidy welcoming place to be, and again, staff very helpful, welcoming and informative. Definitely found my new garage for servicing, MOT and repairs.
