“Really tasty breakfast, cooked well and prepared very quickly. It’s a small cafe, so space is a bit limited. But then in a way that’s nice, nothing worse than a huge noisy place. Big car park at the back too, which is handy. Great cafe!”

“Robina and John are the most wonderful neighbours to have over the road from Hive Stores. They both work very hard to bring a lot more joy and creativity to the neighbourhood and are always willing to help where they can. The waiting room cafe has the best value full English around and the engine room is set to become a great creative hub. Whilst enjoying breakfast on our day off we conversed with familiar faces from the local neighbourhood who were enjoying crafts and socialising in a relaxed atmosphere. “Just passing by... Very well presented. Immaculately clean, food is fast, fresh and tasty. Try the Beehive masala omelette (£8.45), certainly hits the spot. The chicken wings (£5.45) are grilled and not fried and are flavoursome and cooked to perfection. We'll certainly be back! Good luck do support as it's a new start up.”

“Very nice cafe. Grabbed a standard English with a decaf cappuccino Good location and tasty quality food with special mixes of Egyptian salt and sauce, handmade. Didn't try the sauce but was recommended to put the salt and spices in with the beans which was very nice Staff friendly and helpful”

She is always smiling and makes everyone feel welcome. Her fellow staff are members are also lovely and Alex always makes the Starbucks experience great too.”

“I visit here quite a lot with my partner as the food is always great and he just loves the hot chocolate from there. The staff are always polite and great to talk to while you wait, if they are not busy of course serving other customers. It's a warm friendly environment with places to sit both in and out the establishment. If you're on the move they do indeed do take out. The food and drink are always piping hot so you it's going to be good. Just don't do a me where I've been to impatient and drank/ate it before it cooled down.”

“I made an order last minute via instagram for Mother’s Day. They responded so quickly and had excellent communication skills. Not only that my order came so quickly. My mum loved the gift, such good attention to detail and the flowers were lovely. I’ll deffo recommend this company to everyone I know and I’ll be ordering again.”

“One of the most unspoken things about any cafe is the level of service. Today I was served by Jodie. She was upbeat, smiling and an absolute example of how to show up to a customer. She may go through her day with no one mentioning it, but a smile is catching. Thanks Jodie. You never know when or who might need your lightheartedness. Oh and Nero’s … they do a delicious Vegan Raspberry croissant, which I highly recommend.”

“Just tried the Autumn Hazel Late! Bit sweet but definitely recommend! Like the relaxing vide,not a lot of people either. Great for someone who just wants to enjoy an afternoon snack or to do some creative writing.”

“A great little stop off in Deansgate and time to take a coffee and a cake. Inside and outside sitting areas and lots of room. There are two bathrooms which are clean and multi gender for ease. Soft seating areas inside and tables with tables outside too on a large area if you want to take a smoke or something. Lots of cakes as usual in the shop and always freshly made as is the coffee”
