“Lovely place to hang out..such good vibes! Enjoyed the vegan pizza pocket n juice!”
“A lovely little theater with a really warm and friendly welcome. The play we saw there was locally written with local actors and was very well done as well as very moving. It was a quality that could easily be performed at a much bigger theatre.”
“Visited for a birthday meal, staff were friendly, polite and attentive. Food was very tasty, well priced for manchester and a few things on the menu were different to usual so lots to explore. Overall had a great experience”
“Great venue for stand up comedy, not so big that you lose the feeling of being part of the show. Good slope on the seating so the view from further back is still ok. Comfy seats, easy to get in and out, lots of parking nearby.”
“Really good beer here and a great venue. I recommend it if you are in the area. The drinks aren't cheap but I've never thought they were over priced.”
“We rented a bounce house for my daughter’s 5th birthday. It was a quick and easy process. Great communication on the delivery and pickup. Would use Yazmin’s Party Rentals again.”
“Always a treat coming here the staff are so friendly and welcoming If you want a wrap in Manchester the best place is here”
“I love this hotel — it's always an experience to stay there! I love the gothic aesthetic, the design of the rooms, and the creative attention to detail in every corner. The atmosphere feels both luxurious and mysterious, and the staff are always welcoming and professional. Every stay feels unique — it’s the perfect blend of comfort, character, and charm. The breakfast in bed was a whole new experience — beautifully presented, delicious, and thoughtfully arranged. From the perfectly brewed coffee to the warm pastries and fresh fruit, everything felt indulgent and elegant. It made the morning feel extra special, like a scene from a classic film. bssss, Batman was there !!”
“Chilled atmosphere, nice people, polite bar staff and great beer. My friend recommended it as a chilled vibe after work with good music. Only my 3rd day in Manchester but could easily make it a "regular haunt". Heard they're a great venue for alternative music too. Sadly I wasn't staying later to experience, maybe next time.”
“I did put a review in on another site but I thought I’d get my Google one in, this was from a few months ago. This place was absolutely amazing and I really mean it, one of the best bars I’ve ever been to. The music was spot on and the decor was amazing. It really did embody Manchester at its finest. The bartender who opened up was class and quite hilarious and when the other ones turned up they were just the same. The cocktail menu is literally perfect and the ghostbuster sharer is just so worth the price it’s unreal. The only note I could make is that they don’t do food, if they did…. It could be a contender for the place place in Manchester but I understand it’s a bar not a restaurant and they don’t wanna expand by building a kitchen and hiring chefs etc.”
“Been to lots of gigs here. Great venue, good good, good beer. Love it!!”
“Our recent stay at The Lowry was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the reception team were warm, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The room was spotless, spacious and beautifully put together with thoughtful touches that made it feel really special. It had a real sense of luxury. Breakfast was another highlight, with excellent food, attentive staff and so many options! We can’t wait to visit again in the future! Thank you!”
“The best and memorable place. My graduation in here. So huge and spacious. The outside view is so beautiful and nature.”
“Brilliant although very little parking.”
“The Ayckbourn play was enjoyable, well versed with great players. Thoroughly enjoyed the night. The staff are friendly and accommodating.”
“This is my favourite building in manchester. Amazing looking old building. If you're in the area have a slow walk around it and just take it all in!”
“A very pleasant evening spent here. Most of this theatre is very old but kept quite fresh with the cleanliness. I didn't come across any mustiness that the old cinema had (that was) down the road. Staff were as nice and friendly. A few sound difficulties, but the actors were able to broadcast their voices around.”
“Lovely dinner! Great service and atmosphere. The mushroom arancini balls were to die for!! Thanks, Kelsey, for such great service! We will definitely go back!”
“My favourite place in Manchester, all the best memories”
“Chapel Wharf is amazing – beautifully designed apartments with modern finishes and great natural light. The facilities are top-notch, including a well-equipped gym and 24/7 concierge. Building management is responsive and professional, and the property team genuinely cares about residents. Clean, secure, and brilliantly run – highly recommend.”
“An evening with James Martin. Delicious food, altogether a lovely evening.”
“Parsonage Gardens located right behind Deansgate is a little green oasis nestled between several large buildings near the River Irwell. It is the location of the former St. Mary's Church, which was built in 1756.”
“I had breakfast here, and it’s interesting to have such deluxe breakfast in the U.K. I love the egg bar, and the chef who cooked the omelette for me was wonderful and lovely. The overall vibe therein was marvellous.”
“Didn’t eat in here but came for a few drinks before the theatre as it’s only down the road, really lively venue with good vibes, fast service even in a big queue and less than £8 for a double vodka and a soft drink. Good location and outside area. Toilets clean and accessible as on the ground floor not like some Weatherspoons where you have to walk down a million steps.”
“Best company I've ever worked for. Amazing team of people, their dedication is second to none. Amazing facilities at the Tech Incubator on Oxford Road. I'm so proud to work for Futureeverything.”
“Intimate venue that seemed to be genuine about its concern for real life issues.”
“Rachel at the Village Hotel is always welcoming and helpful. She’s polite, approachable, and makes sure everything is clean and well looked after. It might only cost £1 to use the facilities, but the way Rachel manages it makes the experience feel much more pleasant and professional. Her friendly attitude really stands out — she’s a credit to the hotel!”
