Called into the Gatley showroom for a chat with Gemma, and within 10 minutes I'd chosen the oven, agreed a price and been given a delivery date. “I purchased a bosch built in microwave oven yesterday which has now replaced my old bosch 10 Yr old one perfectly and matches the oven. I visited the Oldham store with my wife and spoke to a knowledgeable gentleman called Dan who gave us him time and answered any questions we had. He was very helpful and pleasant. Dan said John would phone me back to check stock in the warehouse the following morning which sure enough he did and he said my microwave oven was ready to collect. I went down to the store straight away to collect and another gentleman carried the microwave and put it into my car after I paid. The gentleman who carried it out also had a nice manor about him and the young lady who was in on Sunday with Dan also was pleasant and talkative. I would recommend this company to anyone and as I have been in retail sales all my working life this kind of service is sadly not available everywhere. “Yes it's true, ikea is a damn maze and I'm sure if they really searched around, they'd find several missing persons. Ikea is superb for offering a glimmer of inspiration to your new home or your existing one. Theres just so much to see and buy. Anything you see can be found in the warehouse. They're a huge food canteen serving low priced meals and mini shop selling frozen versions of their meals. We very much enjoyed our vist.”

“Nice, clean and big store. Everyone was wearing face masks and hand sanitiser was present at the entrance. Good selection of items also. We did not have to queue as there were not many people shopping and we went in and out pretty quickly. Staff is great and they keep the store clean and tidy. Transparent panels are installed at the tills. Wear your masks and we'll get through.”

“Had a previous repair where I had a wheeled shopping bag axel which had lost the clip permanently clipped in place, this time I thought the other one had broken and wouldn't lock in place any more. All he had to do, which surprised me was take the clip out, tighten it, put the clip back in and gently bang the wheel back in place. As well as a few garden bits I've bought from this chap, he's been a great help and he's got virtually everything bits and bobs you need for fixing up stuff.”
