“The best dog daycare in the area! We've tried a few others and Domestic Doggess is so much better. No smelly warehouses or freezing cold caravans in a field. They have an amazing free range outdoor space full of obstacles and fun and a lovely warm, indoor area for rest and sleep. Emma, Jonathan and the team treat the dogs like their own family. Regular photo updates throughout the day, and nothing is too much for them. Both our dogs have been going here for years and they stay here when we're on holiday too (boarding). Thanks for everything you do for the dogs!”

“Katie did a fantastic job with our end-of-tenancy clean. The tenant had left the property in an absolutely horrendous state, but Katie quickly took care of everything. Her communication was amazing from start to finish, and she was incredibly friendly and professional. She arranged for rubbish and furniture to be removed and disposed of, followed by a deep clean—all at short notice. The transformation was incredible—the place was a million times better afterwards! “I had my daughter’s prom dress shortened here this week. The seamstress accepted the shortening job in a short notice and got the job done perfectly and timely. The prom dress has three layers and the lining is super difficult to be shortened however the seamstress is so wonderful and he took all the trouble and effort to get it done. I trusted the seamstress when I saw him and he took my stress away. My daughter and I are exhilarated with his work and greatly appreciate his help and service. Price is good too. Will definitely come back again.”

“I wanted a spacious kitchen which maximised storage and practicality as well as being aesthetically pleasing and Suga gave me everything I asked for and more with a great design, highlighting what might would better and suggesting features that would increase longevity and impact. I can’t believe how much storage I have and everyone has glowing compliments about my kitchen. It’s a joy to cook in! “Tanya's place is absolutely wonderful - we couldn't imagine leaving our bunny with anyone else! We have a house rabbit so she is used to lots of roaming time and Tanya always makes sure she gets regularly let out to explore, keeping us up to date with videos when she can and and our bunny absolutely loves her little holiday here. Tanya cares for her like she is her own. She is so knowledgeable and always gives such great advise. The facilities are amazing - central heating in the winter and air conditioning in the summer. All food is included and Tanya always makes sure they have the best veg and hay. Can highly recommend :)”

“Robina and John are the most wonderful neighbours to have over the road from Hive Stores. They both work very hard to bring a lot more joy and creativity to the neighbourhood and are always willing to help where they can. The waiting room cafe has the best value full English around and the engine room is set to become a great creative hub. Whilst enjoying breakfast on our day off we conversed with familiar faces from the local neighbourhood who were enjoying crafts and socialising in a relaxed atmosphere. Thank you Robina and John for always helping, making us laugh and generally being authentic people. You've created a great space!”

“We stumbled upon this charming Belgian-style bar while out for a few drinks in Altrincham with my wife—and what a fantastic find! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a traditional Belgian vibe that adds real character. The drinks were excellent, and although we didn’t try the food (we’d already eaten), it looked delicious and well-presented. Highly recommend checking this place out if you're in the area!”

“Such a lovely place. Wonderful food, volunteers, people and atmosphere. There is a nice store that sells nice wine, soaps, salt, jewellery, greeting cards including wooden greetings cards, chutney, tea, jams..and many more. For me, it's love at first sight.”

“Such a nice little pub to unwind, especially if you don’t want anything crazy for the night but just enjoying a drink with friends and have a great meal. Food is really nice and it came in fast. The staff is friendly and thoughtful. They have darts and table tennis so you can enjoy a game while at it too! Recommend.”

“Not able to judge the food (they dont sell any) or the atmosphere (as no one else was in) but the bar itself is wonderful. Only small, with an indoor upstairs seating area & a small section out front with tables & chairs (only good for dry days) Theres also a beer garden to the rear apparently (never tried it)? Although limited for bar space the beer selection is good. More often than not there are 3 locally brewed ales on cask & 8 beers on keg, which usually includes a dark one. Altrincham born & bred Iv'e been coming here since it opened in the early 2000s and despite both it sister bars closing (Chorlton & Liverpool) luckily this bar continues to trade. I wish there was a greater choice, but should you be unable to find something unsuitable on cask/keg, they also have a well stocked fridge with numerous craft ales so im confident you'll find something suitable. Not the cheapest of bars, but far from the most expensive. OK, its getting a little tired around the edges now & the downstairs disabled toilets could do with a bit of a face lift, but all that said I still highly recommend this place.”
