I’ve been going to footlights since I was six and have made so many incredible memories and met just the most amazing people. “Will started at PPA 5 months ago. To say we have been delighted with his progress is an understatement. Neil, John and all the staff we have seen are wonderful with him. Although his main sport is golf, he also plays rugby & football and his strength and balance has increased no end. His confidence in his own body, physically and mentally, has improved significantly too. Will’s increase in his club head speed and improved posture have been noted by his golf coach and all this in just a short space of time. Thank you Lewis for setting up such a fabulous facility for young athletes to improve their strength, performance and reduce injury.”

“What a find. I was out for an appointment, and was early. We spotted this place, unassuming. We were greeted and seated. The breakfast was cooked from scratch fresh. No preparation, out of fridge to be cooked The value was excellent. Also I could help that community in a small way. If was in my home town would be a regular.”

Its to the point where I pledged that I won't go anywhere else for ANY car services other than GTK. “My little boy (3) has been attending TNA since just after just 1st birthday and will soon be turning 4. He does the lil Beatz dance class and he attends musical theatre. He loves attending Dance and Drama each week and has made lots of friends. He adores all the staff and has a good relationship with some of the girls in the older classes too. My son has a lot of energy and attending these classes has helped him learn positive ways to Chanel that energy and his listening ears have improved massively. I would highly recommend TNA to anyone looking for extra classes for their children. TNA isn’t just a dance studio, it’s a community, a family ♥️”

“Fabulous gym. I started 6 years ago when my son was in a ninjas class to fill the time, I go 3-4 times a week now and it’s been amazing for my fitness and energy. I’ll be going for black belt at my next grading! It’s totally inclusive, everyone is encouraged to reach their best regardless of age, fitness level etc. Lots of different classes to choose from in timetable and great facilities. Top class coaches who invest in all students. My daughter goes now as well and she loves it. Welcoming, respectful culture. Very lucky to have this place round the corner. I’d recommend it to anyone.”

“I honestly don’t think you can get a team that could make you feel so comfortable. Both myself and my son have been for V02 max tests. It’s makes no difference if you are an athlete or just a general runner wanting to improve. The staff are just so welcoming and supportive. We love this place.”

“I went for a gait analysis today at runners need, we just turned up not realising they did actually have an appointment system, their next appointment wasn’t until later that day and the shop wasn’t busy at the time we went in so the guy happily did the gait analysis. I have never had one before and wasn’t sure what to expect apart from running on a treadmill, the guy who did the analysis was very knowledgeable and very thorough, he was very helpful and I felt confident he knew what he was talking about and felt confident enough to take his advice!! As it turns out I have been running in shoes that are 1.5 sizes too small, hence all the problems I have been having! I wanted to leave this review as there are so many bad ones and had I read these before I probably wouldn’t have gone there. Don’t be put off by all the bad reviews!!!”
