“Fergus has been attending DogsZone for the last few months & I can honestly say the staff are so friendly & helpful & seem to really enjoy the company of the dogs. Fergus has some health issues with his stomach & staff sometimes feed him for me & this often isn’t easy as he’ll lose his appetite but they always persevere. I receive videos & photos all day of Fergus & the other dogs playing indoors & outdoors which is very reassuring. I highly recommend DogsZone!”

I recently adopted a cat from Cats Protection and she was in dire need of a good pamper. These guys went above and beyond to ensure Nancy had an incredible experience, every question I had was answered and just gave me such comfort in knowing my cat would be very well looked after, even with the extra attention that Nancy needed it wasn't too much. “Freddie our SharPei x Staffie is a very strong boy and can be a bit of a handful as he is not keen on getting his nails trimmed. He will struggle to get his muzzle off (not to bite but doesn't like to be restricted). Debbie was very calm and patient with him throughout the appointment. Also gave us some useful tips on nail maintenance. Very reasonable cost.”

“Outstanding!! I came in yesterday concerned over my pup with constant diarreah. He has just been on antibiotics from the vets but since getting him (now 17 weeks old) he's never had a solid stool and he's on puppy version of my older dogs food.. straight away two amazing staff members came over and gave me some good advice regarding my pup.. recommended this food and nothing was too much trouble.. came home last night, gave django his food and today.. he's had his first solid poo since iv had him. So bloody happy and he's currently bouncing round. So hats off to the staff outstanding advice and highly recommend anyone in a turmoil to pop in to warrington pets at home. Thankyou!!”

“We have used Pet Butler Terry and Christine for our two dogs (our babies) They are brilliant we now can go away knowing our pups are happy and well looked after (home from home) Our pups have a morning walk once a week they are picked up taken for an hours walk and then brought home. And once a week they go for the day so picked up an hour walk back to there house a pm walk and we pick them up for 5.30pm. If I’ve ever got stuck in work and phoned they always help out for a walk. Maisy and Missy love going and are treated as if they were there own pups. We can’t rate them enough.. plus we have made two good friends”

When my cat Rainbow, a sweet boy, was diagnosed with kidney failure just six months after we moved from Hong Kong to the UK, I felt completely lost. Dr. Archie changed everything. His endless support and professional advice gave me the confidence to care for Rainbow at home for nearly 23 months, with a quality of life I never thought possible. It felt like Rainbow was given a second chance at life. Thanks to the team, I celebrated Rainbow’s 16th and 17th birthdays—precious moments that were like a gift. Though we didn’t reach his 18th, I’m so grateful for the time we had. In his final days, especially the very last one, Dr. Emily and the team were incredibly kind and gentle. Rainbow only ever visited their clinic in the UK, so it was comforting that he could peacefully fall asleep in a familiar place. Deciding to say goodbye to Rainbow was the hardest choice I’ve ever made, but the team made me feel so supported and at peace. I left Rainbow with the clinic for two days before his cremation. When I returned to pick him up, he looked so serene, like he was sleeping sweetly. Seeing him like that brought calm to my heart, and I could finally let go. “Took my dogs to be vaccinated at Grappenhall Veterinary Centre. Greeted by lovely pleasant staff on reception, the surgery smelt lovely when I walked in and was so clean and tidy. Alexa the vet was amazing in the consult and put my mind at rest- we think one of my dogs has a little heart issue and she reassured me on how to treat her going forward. I have complete faith that she will guide me through the next steps and I know that she is in safe hands. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alexa and her team :0)”

“Honestly couldn’t fault the team at no more kennels. I only recently found the company but I have felt so at ease with leaving my boy there. They took the time to get to know him and understand his behaviours as he’s a very active dog who just loves playing. I feel a sense of relief taking him there knowing he loves them as much as they love him. We love that we can see him on the cameras having fun and being treated with love and kindness from the staff. I would recommend no more kennels to anyone looking for a safe place for there fur babies to go. I trust them completely with my Rocco and will be using them for years to come.”

“We can’t recommend Beech House Vets enough. When we had to use their emergency service, they literally saved our dog’s life. They kept us reassured with updates and even sent photos throughout the night. We truly don’t know what we would have done without them. The love, care, and compassion shown by every staff member to both the animals and their owners is unmatched. We’ve now officially registered both of our dogs with them and, while we hope never to need the emergency service again, we have peace of mind knowing they’re there if we do.”

“We stayed one night at The Park Royal, on a spa package, as part of our Q Hotels membership. We were checked in by Mary, who was super helpful and very friendly. Our room, 165 was spotlessly clean, a good size and had everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. We’d pre booked a spa treatment each and the team were again, really friendly and helpful. Dinner was booked for 7:30 and taken in the main hotel restaurant. The setting was great and the team were as expected, attentive and friendly. Prices are slightly higher than you’d expect but the meals were very good. Checkout was seamless and our hotel bill was spot on. Thank you.”
