“I recently popped into Waitrose Altrincham to pick up a parcel from John Lewis. I was met with a queue that had literally just developed as a few people who had walked through the doors in front of me joined it. I resigned myself to a wait as we were in the lead up to Xmas. Within a minute several staff appeared to deal with the queue and all customers were dealt with in no time. I was impressed and just wanted to say, well done Waitrose Altrincham.”

“Robina and John are the most wonderful neighbours to have over the road from Hive Stores. They both work very hard to bring a lot more joy and creativity to the neighbourhood and are always willing to help where they can. The waiting room cafe has the best value full English around and the engine room is set to become a great creative hub. Whilst enjoying breakfast on our day off we conversed with familiar faces from the local neighbourhood who were enjoying crafts and socialising in a relaxed atmosphere. The drinks were good and not very expensive. The toilets upstairs were clean and tidy even though it was towards the end of the night.”
