“I visited Subway recently and was served by Joe. Despite the store being clearly understaffed and a constant stream of Deliveroo orders coming in, Joe remained calm, patient, and professional throughout. It did take a bit longer than usual to get my order, but it was clear the delay wasn’t his fault – he was handling a lot on his own. Joe made sure to greet every customer politely, took time to get each order right, and didn’t let the pressure affect his service. I really appreciated his positive attitude and attention to detail, even in a hectic situation. If anything, Subway needs to make sure their staff aren’t left to manage such a high workload alone. Joe did a great job under the circumstances, and his customer service deserves recognition. I visited on the 29th June 2025 around 17:30.”

The location was ideal too, with easy access to the city’s attractions and transport links. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable stay, thanks in large part to the lovely team at the hotel. “Hi all just wanted to say that I had a lovely experience in your salon on Saturday everyone was fantastic from start to finish as soon as you walked in I was greeted with the warmish welcome by staff and was offered a drink straight away. Stacey who did my hair was absolutely amazing she listened to what I wanted being done after I showed her a picture of my style and I was amazed and over the moon with it I finally found someone who did exactly what I asked for. “Top guys, having always used main dealers to fix and service my cars, I decided to give MC Autos ago after reading the reviews. They did not disappoint. I had an issue with my rear breaks and the service was due. They told me to bring the car down right away so they could have a look at the break issue. Booked me in ant the earliest opportunity and also completed a major service. Kept me up to date with cost and called me to update once the car was ready. Great customer service is not common these days but these lads ready know how to look after there customers. Keep up the great work and see you soon.”

Online booking was introduced a couple of years ago which means no waiting. Walk-ins are still allowed, but appointments get served first. After much nagging from me, Arfan introduced online payments a few months ago, so no cash needed, although still accepted if that's your preferred method of payment.”
