“My first visit in many years despite visiting the Castle pub opposite fairly often. A lovely two room pub with booth seating in the front bar area and a traditional back room. They had two JW Lees real ales on sale but Albrecht treated me to a pint of Guinness. Very good. He had San Miguel.”

“Nice, old-fashioned very traditional British pub with a cool back room where bands play. Friendly service and a good atmosphere, the back room is small so perfect for an intimate gig. Good selection of beers on at the bars including Robinson's Trooper which is a personal fave!”

“We absolutely love The Cafe and we do probably order at least once a week. We do get breakfast and lunch! The food is always absolutely delicious and great portion sizes too! I love the little touches too, such as the odd extra crusty bread with our salad or sometimes a slice of cake with a little note and a smile! Great service, great food! Love it! Just sometimes they are so busy delivery is turned off but that just goes to show how popular they are! Definitely recommend!”

“I've been to Oldham many, many times, and I've only just noticed they had a rollers. The Pecan cinnamon roll is soooo good. Seems like a nice place to eat in, and the service I received was very good.”

“What a welcoming pub. A group of us visited after the Oldham vs Woking game on Tuesday night. We were away fans, but made to feel at home straight away! Christine & Jess looked after us so well and we were even bought a round of drinks from one of the locals. We will definitely recommend The Rifle Range and be sure to visit for longer next time. The setting itself is lovely, relaxed, and perfect for a weekend treat. “Been twice recently, once for breakfast once for a carvery. Both time the food was fantastic, hot, fresh and tasty. The chef came over both times making sure everything was OK and had a chat when we had finished our meals, bar staff are lovely and welcoming too. “Out and about in Manchester with Albrecht. Have not been in this non real ale pub in many years but fancied a pint of Guinness. A very good choice. Albrecht had a pint of Estrella. £12.20 for the two pints. A one room pub taken back to the bare brick. A small rear outdoor area. Impressive spirit collection. Very friendly staff. The toucan murals take me back 60 years; we had metal trays with the Guinness toucans when I was a lad. ( sister still has them!) They do have live music. Pipped music was pretty damn good.”

“Such a grand place! Just the other day I went in to B&M only just to buy one item and ended up with a trolley loads goodies, The staff are great and helpful!! Oh! Girls watch out I’m coming in this Sunday with the missus!! So trust me we’ll be coming out with a trolley load of assorts of goodies!! They actually do everything!! I Love this place!!”

“Lovely Chinese takeaway. The family are so nice especially mother and daughter who tend be out front. Food is excellent I really enjoy it. My personal favourites are the barbecue spare ribs ( dry) very little fat on these and delicious and Char Siu satay delicious and just enough spice and heat but not too much. We have never been disappointed with our food and as we tend to have a big order there's always something added free like prawn crackers or drinks. I used to live near to happy house but I'm a little further away now and don't get to see the lady who owns it but I wish her all the very best, she always gave the children and I fortune cookies and was ever kind and gracious”

“I love shopping at R&M fashions, and the only staff member I go to for help is Rabiah, she goes all out in helping me with choosing the style of clothes that I am looking for. She is so sweet and kind. Definitely recommend the store for its high quality clothes at the most reasonable prices and best customer service!”

“Pleanty of choice of different type of shoes at a reasonable price. I purchased a pair of black PE trainers and a pair of trainers for the playground for my daughter and paid £32 in total. The shop offers shoes from toddler to adult size and casual to office wear. If you want to stick to a low budget I'd suggest this shop.”

“So I was about to go to Sainsbury's cafe when I chanced upon this lovely little cafe. Pleasant place for a nice bite to eat. Only takes cash so make sure you have some on you. The price is reasonable and the staff are helpful.”
