The majority of denture clinics in my area were open only a few years but had hundreds to thousands of reviews. That’s a red flag. Additionally many other places were misleading about prices on their website and wanted thousands more when you actually spoke to them. Many say free consultations while asking for £25 - £200 when you actually get there. Paul offers a free consultation, was upfront about the process and cost and despite him being a specialist with over 20 years experience his price was less than I expected.”

He also gave us advice on other problems we had in the house and was able to recommend other trusted trades people. We have had very bad luck previously with work done in our home but Keith was just wonderful, very competent, knowledgeable and experienced as well as polite and friendly and professional. She is empathetic, caring and human and takes the trouble to really get to know you and what is ailing you before she even starts to look at ideas to help - very refreshing, given that most therapists in my experience have prematurely diagnosed you and started you on a generic treatment plan before you've even told them your name. Jo has the ability to put you at ease instantly and is ridiculously easy to talk to. More importantly, when you walk out of the door she doesn't forget about you until your next visit. On numerous occasions between sessions, I would receive an email checking up on me and seeing how things were going - each time I arrived at a session she had full recollection of where we left etc, etc. I only visited Jo's practice for 3 months due to personal circumstances, but she achieved more progress with me in that time than I could have dreamed possible. We have never had to chase her to do anything and she has always responded very quickly to everything. Something a lot of her colleagues in the legal profession could learn from her. In some ways it is a pity that this is the last of our buy to let properties. If we had more we would certainly have asked her to act on our behalf again when selling.
