“From the starters to the main dish, everything was absolutely perfect! The rib eye was cooked to perfection, tender, juicy, and full of flavour. Every bite was delicious, and the sides complemented the meal beautifully. The service was excellent too , Ihtsham, who served us, was an amazing host, friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. I’ll definitely be coming back!”

“We went on Saturday night to try the dinner menu and ordered a set of small plates. They were all excellent. I don’t even know which one was my favourite! But the tuna tartar, pea risotto, tempura, and the lemon sole were absolutely amazing. Do not miss the orange flavoured white wine from Mendoza Argentina. It significantly enhanced our experiences, highly recommended! The service was attentive, knowledgeable abs kind. The atmosphere also provided a relax and mellow environment. The music played was also the right volume (hate it when some places are so loud you just want to leave!) We will definitely be back very soon.”

“Enjoyed my visit here. It's fairly pricey, but (as you can see from the photos) the portions are pretty generous and the good is delicious. I had the ham/pineapple pizza, with the caramelised pineapple being a particular highlight. The truffle fries were also tasty. Worth a visit, a lovely addition to Prestwich.”

“I attended a 50th birthday in the Cuckoo space. Very intimate and well presented space. We caught the tram to Prestwich and it was only a five minute walk away. Recommended for low key parties”

“We’ve been here twice recently because it’s just so good! The first time I had the Turkish eggs with halloumi and sausage, then the second time I went for the chicken and pancakes, both were amazing. One visit was around 11am on a Saturday and there was about a 15-minute wait, but definitely worth it. The other time we went a bit later and got a table straight away. You can book ahead, but they also keep some tables for walk-ins. Staff are nice and friendly and really good to accommodate allergies too”

“Great big neon signs to attract your attention. We ordered online (no honestly we were on the tram back from Bury) and collected our order when we got off at Heaton Park. Friendly staff and everywhere is clean, theres a few stools in the waiting area. We ordered 2 burgers, chips, cheesy chips and onion rings. When we got home the burgers were wrapped in foil and then greeseproof paper so they were still hot and fresh. The sauce is a little too hot for us but still very nice, onion rings were crispy as were the chips.”

“I went to Oodles in Cheetham Hill the place was very good environment. The staff are very nice, friendly and helpful. The service was fantastic and quick. The food was so delicious and bit spicy. I really love the noodles and Malaysian chicken it was mouth watering and tasty. It was well cooked. This food is absolutely worth it and I would highly recommend you to try this place. The menu gives variety of options of the food. The price is reasonable. Bonus from 1st February to 4th February Oodles in Cheetham hill is doing 25% off for that time period but you need a code to redeem in the store but there will be a red leaflet with a 25% off code in the store.”

“Fantastic lunch today at this hidden gem! Lovely friendly service, generous portions and everything we had was totally delicious. The aubergine starter was gorgeous and the lamb shish perfectly seasoned and cooked. We will definitely be back!”

“Went last weekend for meal with friends. Host was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Service was promt. Food was excellent, served hot, portion sizes great, and so tasty!! Had the gobi manchurian, shared lamb chop starter. My friends and I had a fabulous time.....Will definately be going again soon, highly recommend this restaurant.”

“We are regular customers with Cheers and always get home delivery, we have had one bad experience with the food. As regular customers, we know what we enjoy, and one time it just wasn’t tasteful, chips were frozen and the food standard was very poor. We considered never ordering again, but Micheal has absolutely rectified any doubts we ever had about ordering again. He personally took time to ensure if we were to order again, the food would be to high standards. I just want to say, they have absolutely smashed it out of the park this time. Everything was so perfect, the food was delivered personally, HOT and FRESH! Our usual order was even better than the usual standards, everything had a little extra and we are so so happy that the Bistro is back to the high standards we enjoy so much. “Working my way through the extensive and varied menu. Pizzeria Bella Italia never disappoints. Even if you can't eat pasta there is something for everyone. My favourite starter is their garlic mushrooms....omg so divine!!! Who'd of thought how delicious the humble mushroom can be when cooked the way Bella does. I can't fault the food, quality, staff, atmosphere and magic of this lovely restaurant in Bury. It is popular with all age groups and families as well as couples. I had mussels in garlic and white wine. The veg is al dente and beautiful. I always look forward to dining here as the food and staff make you feel at home and always welcoming.”

“Really lovely place with great food! My husband order a burger and I ordered a burrito. Enjoyed the food and the price was reasonable. If there's an improvement maybe it would be nice to have a spiced rice instead of plain rice for the burrito as it watered down the taste but overall, we enjoyed the food. Husband said it was probably the best burger that he had in Manchester! The fries that we had was amazing too! We'd love to be back and try the other stuff in their menu.”

It felt welcoming and well cared for, and I had an undisturbed, peaceful sleep. Great value for money too. The food was another highlight. I ordered the gammon steak, which was cooked perfectly and absolutely delicious – generous portion, nicely presented, and full of flavour. The overall atmosphere was warm and friendly, making it an easy place to relax and enjoy a good meal. I’d happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to others.”

“Used to go here regularly 17 years ago. Stopped today on our way through the Manchester area and ordered a takeaway. Same owner and they were just as efficient and friendly. The food was delicious, just a good as ever. The poppodums were a little thin (still good) but the onion bhajis were lovely. Overall good curries and an accolade that they are still as good all these years on. Thank you”

“More recent visit: My partner and I visited Verona midweek and had a wonderful time. We were both spoiled for choice with all the amazing sounding dishes on the menu. The man who owns the restaurant is very friendly with a great sense of humour. It was a nice touch when he came over to take our order. There aren't many tables so I'd recommend booking in advance as it always seems busy, and I can see why! Took my mother for Mother's Day. Phoned up on the day and they were able to fit us in at prime time immediately. Food was served quickly and tasted great for a very reasonable price. Would definitely go again.”

The monk fish as the main was recommended by Ricardo was perfect! Will definitely be going back - the prices for two with two starters, two mains and a bottle of wine just over £60 - absolute value for money and so reasonable.”
