“I went in this evening and the team had an assessment going on which obviously would’ve been highly stressful for them as it is with any job having an audit. Despite this the service remained perfect, food was great and minimal interruption. The staff are an absolute credit to the store and even under stressful circumstances and being in a fast paced environment always make time to chat to customers, and it is much appreciated! “Italian Express never disappoints — both the food and the service are always excellent. The team are welcoming, professional, and clearly care about their customers. I wanted to give a special mention to Ethan Green, who went above and beyond when I visited recently. He kindly helped me carry a couple of boxes of items that had been left at the branch, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made a real difference. It’s rare to come across service that feels so genuine and caring, and it really stood out to me. Alongside the consistently delicious food, this level of customer care is what makes Italian Express such a great place to visit. “Don’t expect more than what you’re paying for, but for the price is more than enough. The food is good, tasty, the portions are big and the price is cheap. It doesn’t take too long and is better than many cheap places from around. We always order the rice and the salt and pepper chips are the best. The wonton soup is really really nice too and the sweet chili chicken is the best. The price is usually never more than 15 pounds. We also ordered nuggets for my niece, she is a child and loved them. They’re not very tasty but they are nice.”

“Read some bad reviews on here, but we were very pleasantly surprised. No gloop, just very fresh veg/crunchy and decent portions. No oily mess. Tender chicken in plentiful amounts and good portion of ginger. Excellent really. I nearly popped back in to say how good it was, especially for mass produced food. Probably on high price end of medium, but very satisfied”

“Best burgers around by far!!! I saw all the other reviews online and was a little worried about ordering, despite knowing this place is renowned for amazing burgers. Wow it did not disappoint! We got 2 beef and 1 chicken to share some chips and chicken strips and was all 10/10 Only thing that let it down slightly was the temperature, so next time will definitely collect it as the shop in Salford is under 5 minutes from my home. Thanks so much for amazing burgers! The picture isn’t great but good portion sizes aswell.”
