She is so friendly and even though I have not bought anything from her shop did not hesitate to help me! I live in Stockport but if I did reside in the Wilmslow area I would go and thank her personally. Unfortunately I do not drive. She is a true professional and so kind and helpful.”

The service was fantastic from start to finish – the staff were so kind, attentive, and especially thoughtful in accommodating a disabled person my mum, which made the evening even more enjoyable and comfortable. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, although on a Friday evening it was a little on the noisy side – but that’s only because the place is clearly popular and full of people enjoying themselves. Sure enough we got a call on Thursday to ask if the quote was OK and detailing what the problem was. It was OK. Got another call three hours later telling us it was fixed. “I’ve used this jewellers for a few years to have my wife’s rings cleaned and re coated and can’t fault the care and service provided . The staff are extremely helpful and paul helped me out recently when buying a pre owned watch which he didn’t really have to do but he goes above and beyond for his customers.
