The reception fronted by the unbelievable skills of Mandi who found slots that didn’t exist , right through to the dentist Hamza who worked miracles at times that were definitely testing and long even the odd weekend. Shabnam was patient and listened to what I needed, from listening to my concerns about having time to maintain the style requested as I’m a busy mum with young children to keeping it healthy, was blown away with the finished style . Erika is extremely knowledgeable and experienced, giving honest advice and suggestions to suit your personal needs. GRB use Environ products, which are fantastic, but I never feel pressured into buying them. She also sells Jane Iredale makeup, which is really nice. The anti-aging facials and treatments are very effective and well worth a try! Highly recommended.”

“have been to Irina for some rosacea treatment a few times now and only have positive things to say about the treatment and patient consideration at Laserina. From the start I was made aware of the realistic expectations and possibilities of the treatment, and whilst certain conditions might benefit from repeat treatment, felt under no obligation to do so. after 2 treatments Irina felt it would be sufficient and left it to my own discretion for any future follow ups. “I had the luxury facial with chloe. I was not long of due to giving birth so I booked in for a well deserved facial before my baby arrived and it was everything and more. She was extremely careful on what oils to use as when pregnant you have to be extra careful and I just felt that I was at The heart of chloe,s attention in every way. She made my skin feel and look it’s best it felt so fresh and was glowing. She made me feel so comfortable with me and baby bump. Thank you again chloe!”
