“I visited whilst waiting for a train - the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The menu was clear, and varied with delicious options. I opted for a Jacket Potato with Tuna which was a great size, baked to perfection and served with a lovely salad. This with tea was £6 - great value for money in a gorgeous cafe.”

“Today we had our youngest daughters 1st birthday here after having our eldest daughters 1st birthday here 3 years ago. Once again the staff were amazing, they really do want your child to have the best party. Prices are more than reasonable and the food is great. “Went for a breakfast with the grandchildren, was very happy with the food, toast done to perfection, bacon had a chargrilled taste which I loved. The only let down was I like really runny eggs for my toast and beans. But not a dealbraker. The open fire was a bonus along with quite good coffee, being a breakfast coffee, it didn't give you that kick to wake your brain up, more like a brunch coffee.”
