“A shout out for the retail customer service staff in New Look, Warrington. Bought shoes last week and the lady couldn’t go out of her way enough for me… the same must be said downstairs where I went to pay. Plus by having a bit of a laugh along the way made me feel even more valued. I also telephoned today to enquire about a clothing item and whilst they didn’t have what I was looking for, the lady was very helpful, courteous and ended by wishing me a lovely day. Thankful.”

Moni really put me at ease, discussed and recommended the best hair colour to suit me, did my full package of colour, wash, cut and blowdry.
