“Probably the only place i'll ever go to. Met both Kim and Rob, both chaps were very helpful. I drove my car in and they did a check on the fault. Turns out my cars bench joint was worn out. They told me the other side was fine. There are garages known for lying out of their teeth and charging you for unneccessary repairs. Rob told me the my driver side bench joint needed replacing and gave me the cost and i left him too it. They ordered the part and replaced it with a new one. They don't go for the cheap products either. Rob ordered the best he could so i wouldn't have any issues in the future. We had a little laugh on the state of my older bench joint as he showed it to me haha. Really recommend these guys, you can't fault them. They've got a permanent customer.”

“I visited this Roche Spares on Saturday to have a set of plates made the owner of the shop could not of been more helpful he has a very professional attitude towards his customers. He made up the plates whilst I waited (perfect job) and then offered at no cost to help transfer the plates via the DVLA so I could put them on straight away. The owner of Roche Spares is a credit to his business.”

“Just had my first ever flu jab and from booking to receiving the jab within 24 hours was a seamless amazing service. Generally the practice is well run although I find the booking system frustrating. I wish I could just message/email the practice anytime of day to ask for an appointment. Restrictions on doing this is a shame. With modern day pressure on the NHS I’d say they are a good practice”

“Was a bit sceptical reading some reviews after booking first but I must say I was really pleased, I got a text day before the appointment to confirm a morning booking then on the day another text to say the engineer was on his way. On his arrival I found him very pleasant and he replaced my old radio satnav out and replaced it with my new in car entertainment system then went through every app to make sure everything was set up he put all my contacts in via Bluetooth and set up WiFi etc. Really satisfied .”

“You need a garage that you can trust and know they won't rip you off. I've used Queensway Auto's for a couple of years now, however today I left my car with Carl, with a suspected worn wheel bearing (car seemed noisier when on the motorway than before). However when I went to collect my car, I was informed they had tested all 4 wheel bearings, and could not find one that was faulty and needed replacement. The cost for their time to investigate? £0. I'm sure other garages could have replaced the wheel bearing unnecessarily and charged me, but as Carl said "it's pointless repairing something that isn't broken. Bring it back in 3 months and we'll see if there is any play in any of the wheel bearings". After chatting, it may be that the front tyres are getting close to the legal tread depth, so as I was already planning to do, I will get those replaced and see how things go. It's a small set-up, so getting an appointment same or next day may not be possible at all times, but I believe being small helps with getting a more personalised service once they know you, and your car.”

“The workmanship was excellent but I did feel that the pricing was way off as when the estimator first looked at my car he said the damage would be around £1000 but when the final bill came it was over £2000 which seemed a big difference to me. Thankfully I was not paying but it made me think twice about using them in the future.”
