“Faultless from start to finish. I went to the Stockport showroom and Matt greeted me, he was friendly and helpful. I ordered on 22.04.25 and my sofa bed and kitchen dining were delivered on 25.04.25. Other shops have waiting times of 6-11 weeks. Had I not ordered my beds already I would have got them from here. “I had an appointment scheduled with goldsmith to be added to a waiting list, and decided to visit the store a bit earlier to browse. Upon arrival, I was greeted immediately by Deivy, who welcomed me with a warm smile and invited us to sit down to view some of the watches on display. Deivy went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. He proactively consulted with specialists, brought out additional pieces for me to try, and was attentive and patient throughout. At no point did I feel pressured to make a purchase instead, he was genuinely focused on helping me explore options and find my dream watch. His professionalism, courtesy, and understanding were truly commendable. Even after my visit, I received a detailed follow up email with all the information I had requested, and Deivy reached out personally to ensure all my questions were answered. Although I did not find my dream watch on this occasion, the level of service and care I received from Deivy was exceptional. He exemplifies the highest standards of customer service, and I would highly recommend asking for him when visiting the store.”

“Came in yesterday for a nose piercing, the staff made me feel very comfortable & talked me through all the ins and outs all while making the time I spent there stress free. The lovely lady that did my piercing consistently made sure I was happy with the placement before hand and the experience was quick & pain free! Would also like to say the young girl they had on seeing the piercing through to learn how to do it herself is going to go very far, brilliant customer service!
