“Brilliant service from a great team of lads I phoned up and ordered a new tyre they called me back to say it's in store and to call off when it is best for me . I went for a budget tyre as it's my work van the price was very competitive and we'll it's a tyre ... but the service was excellent I was made to feel welcome and I was offered refreshments as I waited. The process took less then 20 minutes from me parking up to leaving 10/10 thanks .”

Ordering & delivery are so straightforward with a very quick & easy DHL delivery following the completion of the order. Pieces arrive beautifully wrapped with an absolutely gorgeous boutique postcard, and they are just as described! A true independent, female led gem of a boutique! “We booked a reservation for the Sunday lunch and needless to say the food was amazing, tasty and seasonal veg crunchy. Stayed overnight in one of the corner rooms, which was nice and clean. Staff couldn't do enough for us and were very friendly, cocktails were excellent. Thank you.”

We travelled here as the trainers the wife wanted wernt in stock anywhere else and we were very impressed compared to our local store which wasnt half as helpful as these guys.”

“Visited the coffee shop at lunch time today, lovely atmosphere about the place, it was busy, the staff were attentive and cheerful, our drinks were served lovely and hot, followed by our food which was lovely and fresh, accompanied by a healthy side salad. There are good menu choices available, along with daily specials, all in all very good indeed, 100% recommended.”

“Called in last night and they had cleaned up and were closing. They kindly got everything out and made us a couple of pizzas and then cleaned up again. Really good of them. Pizzas were good too!”

“Placed a telephone call to UK Lacrosse this afternoon (Friday) with an equipment query. I couldn’t have been more catered too if I had tired. Really excellent customer service, and even though shut on Saturday, they have made arrangements for me to access equipment (helmets) I intend to try on for size (before buying) at another venue. So fast forward to Saturday, and I met up with UK Lacrosse at a Box Lacrosse competition in Macclesfield, again as stated, they bought along a few helmets for me to try out. Once settled on one, I was quite happy to place my order online and wait, but knowing that I needed it for Monday, they actually drove to their shop with me, opened up (despite being closed of a weekend) and let me complete the transaction and walk away with my new helmet. Excellent shop, excellent customer service, I’ll be back again, and advise everyone to utilise this gem of a store/company.”
