Having been told I would need major surgery and my hockey playing days may be over, I’m delighted to have made it back on to the hockey pitch last week following a tailored rehab program from Jack. We had gone to his previous dentist who he had an awful experience with and Cath got us in straight away, made everyone aware, everyone was so kind, he wasn’t rushed, the dentist was fantastic, they couldn’t have made his experience a better one and for the first time, he actually likes going to the dentist! When my 2 year old went, the dentist put a movie on the screen for him to watch to feel calm. They go above and beyond every time. Before Sands I went to lots of other salons but they never listened to what I wanted or could get the colour right. I arrived to find nobody was at reception and the front door was closed. No response from any numbers provided either. Not at all impressed. However, Tomasz very kindly called to apologise for the inconvenience, explained that he had a family emergency and promised to rectify the issue with a free teeth whitening or £100 credit, on top of the free check-up I had originally scheduled. The service I received was very accomodating and made the whole experience very pleasant.”
