“I cannot recommend Educare enough. From Becky, the manager, to each and every one of my son's key workers throughout the three years he has been there (Kirsty, Nicola, Emy, Alicia, Lizzie, Amy, Elena), I have always felt he is in the safest hands. Every member of staff is just the loveliest - they put tonnes of effort into the activities they plan, and parents are kept up to date with progress and pictures. Nothing is ever too much, even when I call up in the middle of the day because "he just seemed a bit sad this morning and I wanted to check whether he's cheered up and now having a good day!". They don't just give it lip service, they keep me on the line as they go to check on him, and will pass me on to his key worker if a bigger update is needed. Any time he's had a bump or fall (he's a kid, it's going to happen!), it's been recorded, and I've had a detailed account of exactly how it came about - which ALWAYS matches up to my son's description of the event, too. I really do love all the staff here, they provide a really personal touch which makes the world of difference. And to have your kid come home and say their key worker is their BEST FRIEND is the most heartwarming thing ever. He feels safe, and so do I.”

“We popped by to browse around the shop for car seats and prams. Laura was super helpful and on top of that she mentioned an antenatal course held in the store. We booked it and highly recommend it to expectant parents (great value!). The course is led by Rachel, an experienced midwife, an absolute star and wonderful woman. The classes are so well organised, informative and all in a lovely atmosphere. All thanks to Bashy, the shop owner, Rachel and Lauren. “What a lovely friendly shop. We popped in this morning needing a suit for a best friends wedding a week.away. We were feeling under pressure with one week to go, nothing sorted and no idea where to start choosing something suitable for the big occasion and comfortable to wear in the current hot weather. To say they made it easy is an understatement! To sum up - grear advice, friendly service, knowledgeable, excellent attention to detail and a superb selection of quality clothing. “Odin’s Eye Tattoo Collective is the best tattoo studio in Bury. The studio has such a good vibe about it, all 3 of the guys, Sween, Tony and Louis work really well together as a team, you can definitely feel the love the studio! I ’ve had a couple of tattoos there with Louis. His attention to detail and process is amazing and he takes real pride his work. Would 100% recommend Louis and the team at Odin’s Eye”

As ever, they were great value for money, much cheaper than the other chain store jewellery companies in Bury, and the staff are lovely to deal with. They rang me a couple of times to keep me informed about when I could pick them up—fantastic independent store. Shop local!”

“What can I say about this place! It's an unassuming studio but once you walk in you get welcomed with an offer of a brew and made to feel comfortable from the off. I had my tattoo from laura but every artist was happy to talk and made you feel inclusive of their studio. Excellent craic, top notch artists, spotlessly clean. All round good eggs with a cracking atmosphere.”

“Great big neon signs to attract your attention. We ordered online (no honestly we were on the tram back from Bury) and collected our order when we got off at Heaton Park. Friendly staff and everywhere is clean, theres a few stools in the waiting area. We ordered 2 burgers, chips, cheesy chips and onion rings. When we got home the burgers were wrapped in foil and then greeseproof paper so they were still hot and fresh. The sauce is a little too hot for us but still very nice, onion rings were crispy as were the chips.”

“This was a wonderful first time visit experience. The wonderful Lisa has done wonders with my hair after having had a disaterous encounter with a hairdresser who hacked at my hair. I would recommend Lisa any day. She is fabilous. A very talented lady. Best wishes Debra Gratrix. 11th August 2023”
