“We visited for the first time on Saturday 8th November 2025 and we were served by Simona. She couldn’t have been more attentive. The service provided was excellent and right up there with the food. I had the arancini and the carbonara with sides of tenderstem broccoli and rocket. My partner had the scarpetta and lasagne. We both really enjoyed the food, particularly the dishes I picked. Simona kindly made me aware that the carbonara was traditional and not cooked with cream, which is what I expected but I do know people who have eaten a version of “carbonara” with cream who would definitely appreciate this information for their knowledge and to be aware of what they were ordering. Despite our table being booked for 7pm on a Saturday and the restaurant being very busy, we did not wait long to be served or for our food to come out. It was all well presented and perfectly cooked. I’ve already recommended a number of people to visit since our meal and we will definitely return next time we’re in Manchester.”

“Some of the best ramen I've ever had. Came in here for a last minuet meal before a gig, incredible service and fast food. The pork ramen was smokey and rich with an incredible pull apart pork joint on top. The chicken ramen had a lighter broth to it but full of flavour and morish. Fried chicken was tender and crisp, felt homemade and cozy. The atmosphere was cool and stylish, felt authentic for a small ramen shop, simple but effective. Would absolutely eat here again!”

“Really impressed with Cornerstones Guest House. Ahmed was excellent in communicating the keylock code and instructions. We were able to park the car and walk 15 mins to Sale Metrolink tram stop in Sale. The room was perfect for us (dad and lad) with a double and a single bed. A nice window for fresh air and the shower was hot. We stayed Saturday and went to Old Trafford for the Manchester United match on the Sunday. Would recommend.”

The energy here is infectious—it’s busy, as is expected in such a massive and popular shopping centre, but the team handles it brilliantly. We experienced fast, efficient service despite the crowds, which is a testament to the staff and management. Most importantly, the food is, as always, amazing and consistently tasty. They deliver on their promise of fresh, delicious Asian-inspired food every time. If you need a reliable, quick, and satisfying meal while shopping, this is definitely the place to go. “Very highly recommended. This has to be the nicest Indian meal I’ve had in a very long time. Brilliant service from very helpful, friendly staff, it’s also reasonably priced. Piping hot food that is of a high standard. The portions aren’t too big, but enough to be able to enjoy everything we ordered. The garlic naan is so good, as are the curries. Very clean throughout, including the toilets, which I find incredibly important.”

“I had such a good burrito here! Super generous portions, tasty filling and so many toppings to choose from. Almost opted to get fries, but so glad I didn't as the burrito was huge. Good options for vegetarians. The lady who served me was friendly and patient too. Would recommend!”

“Had a bottomless brunch with manager Cameron and it was the best brunch we've been to. Some of the best food we've had as well, absolutely mouth watering. “We had a really tasty lunch. Bao buns, gyoza. ramen, and a desert of fried banana and ice cream - a coffee. Really good. The service was fantastic. I went with an older person who ate slowly. “Been coming here since it first opened, it's a great place for a variety of Japanese food, honestly the vegan/vegetarian sweet potato katsu is PHENOMENAL! I'm not even vegetarian and it's so good, plus the rest of the food is on point. I took a group of my friends and we ordered a great variety, I've no complaints really!”

“Wow! This place reminds me of walking in to the likes of Pacha in Spain for the first time, the music pumping and the smoke acting as a barrier between the real world and club land. Tech house was the flavour of the night, and my god it tasted good! What an epic deviation of the norm, I could've literally thrown shapes all night in here! “I went with some friends to celebrate my brother's birthday. I have a lot of allergies, so I'm hard to find food for, but Peter gave me (and my brother) excellent service - he made me feel like, even though it was pretty hectic there, I was the only person he was serving in the room. Perfect! Also, Maggie (Mags?) did provide good service in giving us the food, checking we were all happy. Additionally, the food was pretty good. Finally, the restaurant was very busy , which is a sure sign of popularity!”

The atmosphere is excellent and when you arrive and enter the premises, you are quickly (and warmly) greeted with a friendly smile and a helpful Employee. As a Disabled Person, I found the layout, set-up and arrangement of the furniture easily navigable with ample room to move around. I have not encountered a more helpful Staff when visiting a Restaurant and my opinion of them is that they are of the highest calibre and quality. I wish to express my personal, sincere and heartfelt thanks to Waiter 'V' and the Manager. They (both) are extremely personable, professional, friendly, enthusiastic and welcoming. They gave me their time and were genuinely interested and could not have done more to help me. I cannot praise them enough. Their conduct, behaviour, attitude and persona(s) shall keep me coming back to [and frequenting] this Establishment often. The food is of the highest quality, but you'll just have to take my word on that and go and sample [it] for yourself! You won't regret it... I don't want to spoil the surprise! The table(s) are far enough apart so as to maintain a conversation without feeling overlooked or eavesdropped on. The Establishment is clean and the decor is tasteful. I enjoy visiting this Establishment and would rate it: exceptional. What makes this place stand out from the rest / it's competition is the: service. The superb Staff make this a super Establishment.
