“I had a wonderful experience at Adore Salon. It was dreary day which soon turned around when I was warmly greeted by Adeline and Spiro. My hair was washed with great care and then while having it trimmed I was offered a warm beverage which was greatly appreciated after being soaked from the rain outside. Then dried and styled, I am truly pleased with how my hair looks. Adeline listened to how I wanted it and checked to make sure I was happy each step of the way. A lovely pair who professionalism and friendlyness shone throughout, thank you both so much and I look forward to my next hair appointment with you!”

“A hidden gem. My son had his 5th birthday party there today and had a fantastic time. The staff (especially our party host and who l believe to be the manager) went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and were so accommodating- nothing was too much trouble, nothing felt rushed and all the children looked like they were having a great time. Very reasonable prices too which is a bonus! will definitely be visiting there again soon.”

Only had a brew and a cake but it’s spacious, light and airy, with nice, big booths and a sunny back yard (looks like a good set up for DJ’s too) Coffee was good, sweet stuff was from Silver Apples, so pretty familiar and more than decent quality. Staff were super friendly. Will definitely head back and try some proper food and drinks soon”

“I visited The Oxnoble on a Sunday with a friend who had been before for their Sunday roast. She mentioned the concept had changed a bit, but regardless, the Sunday roast was absolutely delicious! Our waiter, Sean, was super friendly and made the experience even better (he recommended the cauliflower chees and OMG soo good). I would definitely recommend The Oxnoble to anyone visiting Manchester for the weekend!”

“I am of Afro Caribbean origin and I went to Frank’s Salon today at the recommendation of a friend. I had a warm welcome and an amazing experience. I had a Relaxer and a trim and some of Frank’s special treatments. I told Frank that I wanted life and a bounce to my hair as it was lost due to over processing. Frank didn’t fail I walked away feeling fantastic with my hair bouncing on my shoulders. Normally after a Relaxer my hair smells of chemicals for over a week. Not when Frank did my hair, it smells absolutely amazing. I will be returning in 3 weeks for a treatment and some highlights”

My actual experience in the salon matched and exceeded my expectations! I was offered a drink on arrival and was given a beautifully presented mint tea with my favourite biscoff biscuits. I was lucky enough to have an appointment with salon owner David who made me feel comfortable right from the start and was so accommodating to my needs. He was so personable and kind, I really enjoyed our conversation, so much so I forgot I was having my hair done! The end result was nothing short of perfect and exactly what I had asked for. I feel so much more confident in myself and I am extremely grateful to David. He is an exceptional stylist and I will absolutely be returning and recommending the salon to others, including my mum who has just moved here and is looking for a new trusted hairdresser! “First time I've been here, and it was incredible. We weren't planning on going here but our original restaurant was closed. The service was great, really friendly team members. The choice of cocktails and ales was fantastic, with alcohol free options. The pizza was absolutely delicious. I had the mushroom and truffle with a blossom spritz. My son wasn't a fan of his margarita, but that's probably because it's not filled with crap! If I'm ever back in the area, I'll definitely be returning.”

He runs Greek nights also and the dishes are fantastic, with loads of variety. I would highly recommend anyone to drop in and sample some of John's tasty treats, you won't be disappointed xx”

Quality is very good compared to some others I have tried, strawberry green tea was super tasty with the strawberry boba. “The food was great, Borek for starters very nice and the POLLO REINA for main. The chicken was so tender with a smokey grilled taste under the creamy garlic white wine sauce. Even the peppers within the sauce were so tasty. My partner and I were so extremely blessed that they let us have the top floor to ourselves, which really made our night.
