Claire Todd was the physio who helped me both to understand the back pain, the causes and within a very short time eliminate the pain altogether. The ankle fracture required a bit more work to help recover properly and again within a very short time I was able to walk without the use of crutches and have been given exercise routine plans to help the ankle to strengthen and repair. Claire listened carefully to how I was feeling and was very supportive and encouraging. I would happily recommend their services and would not hesitate to consult them first for any problems related to pain or problems relating to physical movement. The facilities at the centre are first-class and I felt very well looked after at every stage.
