“Lovely pizza! Great, helpful service! A place for Italian food lovers. Had a pizza there and was transported to a happy place in my belly! It's not a restaurant, but we were allowed to eat in their area outside, as the weather was nice, it worked. Both people who helped us there were amazing, helpful and very friendly. Thanks so much!”
“Fantastic quality, thick cut steak, full of marble effect fat, perfect for the gridle. Savoured every mouthful. Costly but certainly in my budget. I am 60 and the thought, my grandchildren may not be able to afford or even purchase this treat saddens me.”
“The only thing I dislike about Waitrose is I spend too much here as the charcuterie range is amazing! A little pricey, but you're paying for quality and quality is what you get. I may not shop here on a regular basis but everyone once in a while it's nice to treat yourself to some quality food.”
“I would like to leave a review for Gaston, he is always so friendly and happy and he provides amazing customer service each and every time I visit the store. Call the staff in Bedford are always very cheerful and chatty, however Gaston always goes the extra mile!”
“Gabriella and her team created an amazing birthday cake for my partner. She even walked it to my car as I had a baby in tow! Would highly recommend!”

“I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS CAFE ENOUGH!!!!!! The staff are the kindest, most loveliest people ever. The food is 10/10. The coffee is out of this world. And all at very low prices too. Skip the franchise coffee today and give this a try. You won’t regret it!”
“Great place for getting more choice in my freezer. Some good deals too!”
“Fantastic place love the food and staff so friendly”
“Took my my mum for afternoon tea today. The food was really very nice and plentiful. The staff were welcoming and very kindly moved us to an outside table as we found it too warm in the room where they had first laid the table. I felt it was good value and we couldn’t manage to eat everything so requested a box to take the rest home which the staff provided. The garden centre itself is quite small but does have a decent plant area, lots of pots to buy, a pet shop and a small gift shop. They do have a lot of summer houses and garden furniture on show. They also have animals eg rabbits, guines pigs, ducks, chickens, goats and a large tortoise and you can buy grain to feed the goats. I would definitely recommend the afternoon tea and the rest of the menu looks good as well.”
“Opens at 7am, Great shop, has almost everything, really nice staff”
“It was so refreshing to enter a store that keeps the much needed beans, herds and spices to cook Indian Gujarati food from scratch as well as ready made foods in the frozen for the busy professionals. They also served the snacks Gujis have with masala tea.. the staff were very nice and friendly always willing to support.”
“staff are always really nice :)”
“Love this place! Staff always so friendly and helpful. Always so accommodating and quick delivery. Great prices and brilliant that you can use the app for all your needs. Couldn’t fault it in any way at all.”
“Sharon was so lovely, brightened up my day gave me 5 star customer service”
“I'm in here alot. It's an Iceland at the end of the day, you've been in one then you've been in them all. However this Iceland gets its high rating purely for the staff, they are all very kind and willing to help. Never too busy to assist you and even happy to have a little gab and a laugh when serving you on the tills. It's customer service don't right and I can't fault them for anything.”
“Great shop, no complaints. Shop here every week. There's always plenty of parking spaces and the shop is well stocked”
“Great experience at the Waitrose store. The shop is always clean, well organised, and well stocked, making it easy to find everything I need. The staff are consistently friendly, helpful, and professional, which really makes a difference. The quality of the products is excellent, especially the fresh produce. Overall, a very pleasant place to shop – highly recommended.”
“The Eccentric Englishman since 2021! This place is a true gem in town. The unique blend of 19th-century gothic-industrial steam-powered machinery and a touch of Phileas Fogg's spirit creates an unforgettable atmosphere. Lord and Lady Muck have truly outdone themselves with this establishment. From the moment you step in, you're transported to a world of elegance, soft-gothic charm, and inventive Steampunk aesthetics. The ongoing events, from Bottomless Brunch, comedy night, Harry Potter, to live music, ensure that there's always something exciting happening here. The decor is impressive, a perfect mix of historic and whimsical elements. The staff is friendly, and the cleanliness of the place is commendable. I'm eagerly looking forward to returning for their delightful cocktails. If you're seeking an exceptional experience that blends history, creativity, and a touch of eccentricity, The Eccentric Englishman is the place to be!”
“Very good store with good quallity food.more expensive than most but the quality makes up for it.”
“This is a great store on the outskirts of Bedford. Calm shopping experience with wide aisles and a roomy self check out area. Lovely produce and plenty of parking.”
“It's a store where are normally doing all my weekly shoppings. Just wanted to say that they must be proud to have employee like a man who had his shift in a morning today. Shame don't know his name, but it's not the first time he is so super helpful, always with a smile and very positive attitude. (If it helps heard he just back from his holiday).”
