I was contacted to discuss the issue and more importantly that I was happy with the cost of the repair before any work was started. I was updated throughout the day on the progress which I liked. “Massive thanks to VCT-Systems! I called to book a last-minute air con gas refill and explained I needed it done early in the morning before work. They opened up before their usual hours just to fit me in—no extra charge for the early start. The job was done in about 40 minutes, everything was cleaned down properly, and the service was top notch. The price was also much cheaper than what bigger brands were quoting, which made the whole experience even better. I had completely run out of air con, and with the recent heat, it made a huge difference—especially with a long drive to the New Forest that day. Really appreciate a small business going out of their way to help. Will definitely recommend to others. Thanks again!”
