The news media are telling us the NHS isn't working and that the Labour Party who started the NHS cannot run the country.I suppose it comes down to what kind of country you want but sat in the Royal Papworth and having my life saved by a mixture of British Nationals and kind considerate well trained people from all over the world has made my mind up.”

Despite being quite clearly extremely busy, all of the team members who dealt with me did so with kindness and care. Booked appointments and walk ins were be handled as well as possible. I also witnessed a member of the team treated very unkindly by a customer in front of the whole store and they remained calm and professional throughout, continuing to show kindness and offering as much help to the customer as possible, despite the unfair way they had been treated.
