“Cant fault this surgery, I've been with them many years and always had a lot of support, even as a teenager when my health anxiety was at sky high due to an undiagnosed condition, i was always treated with kindness and respect and signposted to the most suitable clinician, all this help finally meant i got an answer to my years of symptoms, which even though it means many years to come of these symptoms, the diagnosis has put my anxiety completely to rest knowing there's a reason for my symptoms, so thank you. The nurses and GP's are fantastic. But a special thank you to the lovely admin and reception team, i see many reviews stating they have spoken to someone or people in the team that are rude and i really really cant believe this. They go above and beyond, i work at a gp surgery myself out of wellingborough which means getting a face to face appointment is very difficult for me, they always manage to get me a telephone appointment to help with this issue, rarely will i have to call back and try again for an appointment, but if i do, i do, the public needs to understand the admin/reception team aren't withholding appointments, the NHS is under a lot of strain, and with this, appointments are limited, meaning once they are gone, they are gone, please understand this before you base your review solely on appointment availability, it isnt the surgerys fault, and certainly isnt the admin teams fault, treat them with kindness and respect and they will do all they can to help you. They are human. Anyway.. 5/5 stars from me, don't let any bad reviews dampen your spirits, you cant please everyone.”

“I have only had good experiences. Even ringing later than 8 am, around 10 am, admittedly not Monday, and I was able to get an appointment. My husband has had great service too, with a spinal surgery and he was able to chose his hospital from a list so he choose where it could be done soonest. The staff and facilities are great and serve the community well.”

“After having my blood pressure measured and a blood sample taken by a very pleasant and professional nurse I was asked by her to make an appointment for a medication review. After a number of texts over the course of several days in which the result of each test e.g., cholesterol level, B12 level etc. was given I waited for my medication review. The review was undertaken over the phone by a Clinical Pharmacist. After introducing herself she patiently explained in detail exactly what the test results were. We then discussed the regular medication that I take. She asked various questions relating to my medication e.g., when do I take the tablets, are there any side effects etc. The whole experience was undertaken in a manner which made me feel that I was being treated as a valued patient and not just a name on a list.”
