Denise managed to put words on things / feelings we never managed to describe or identify, spotted the root cause of the issues we face in our couple life. Issues we always had since we started living together and got worse after having our second child. Denise is an expert in the field, she spotted the cause, the trigger and helped us to have the tools to fix the problem or prevent it from happening. The path is long but at least we know what is happening. I would genuinely recommend to see this group if it is not going well with your partner. There is no need to suffer in your couple. “I personally hate to visit the Doctor. I was at Weston Favell Surgery for years. Without going into detail.. The difference between the two woodview Medical centre and Weston Favell surgery is day & night. At woodview everyone gets an appointment. And is treated with respect. It's extremely clean, has a car park behind. None of the Doctors are rude. Infact the very opposite. Never in my life have I experienced such prompt action to deal with a medical issue. When previously just sorry call back tomorrow. I have several occasions that stick in my mind. Where I was left without blood pressure tablets in Weston Favell. Wife found me collapsed in the kitchen. Only for our fantastic Abundance Service I am still here. Another, my wife caught me early. Weston Favell Surgery refused to give appointment. Told call tomorrow. A&E was packed.. So the only place who would take me was a drop in centre in Corby. I ended up in a bed there for around 6 hours given medication. After that when I decided to go abroad. But registering at a different Surgery. I never thought this Woodview Medical centre wouldn't operate any different. Until a few weeks ago. Kidney stones. Totally different attitude from Reception. Totally different attitude from Doctors. Totally Different attitude from the Nurse. You actually feel welcome too. Not like, you shouldn't be here like I previously felt like. Amazing service.The Very Best Doctors. The very best Nurse. Amazing Staff on Reception. If I could rate this Woodview Medical Centre higher than 5 Star I really would.”

“This place is amazing, and I'm not just talking about the facilities. The staff are very kind and thoughtful, and the teachers all have their own unique teaching styles. One thing to note about this school, is the designated support unit for students who struggle with everyday work and activities. Even those with disabilities, who have their own, special learning area. The support staff in the DSP, or Designated Special Provision, are very kind and caring for those who are in the DSP unit, and try to help the students out as best as they can. I say all this, because I was once a student here, and despite being annoyed with a lot of things, I actually enjoyed it here. And I still miss it.”

“Cant fault this surgery, I've been with them many years and always had a lot of support, even as a teenager when my health anxiety was at sky high due to an undiagnosed condition, i was always treated with kindness and respect and signposted to the most suitable clinician, all this help finally meant i got an answer to my years of symptoms, which even though it means many years to come of these symptoms, the diagnosis has put my anxiety completely to rest knowing there's a reason for my symptoms, so thank you. The nurses and GP's are fantastic. But a special thank you to the lovely admin and reception team, i see many reviews stating they have spoken to someone or people in the team that are rude and i really really cant believe this. They go above and beyond, i work at a gp surgery myself out of wellingborough which means getting a face to face appointment is very difficult for me, they always manage to get me a telephone appointment to help with this issue, rarely will i have to call back and try again for an appointment, but if i do, i do, the public needs to understand the admin/reception team aren't withholding appointments, the NHS is under a lot of strain, and with this, appointments are limited, meaning once they are gone, they are gone, please understand this before you base your review solely on appointment availability, it isnt the surgerys fault, and certainly isnt the admin teams fault, treat them with kindness and respect and they will do all they can to help you. They are human. Anyway.. 5/5 stars from me, don't let any bad reviews dampen your spirits, you cant please everyone.”

“After having my blood pressure measured and a blood sample taken by a very pleasant and professional nurse I was asked by her to make an appointment for a medication review. After a number of texts over the course of several days in which the result of each test e.g., cholesterol level, B12 level etc. was given I waited for my medication review. The review was undertaken over the phone by a Clinical Pharmacist. After introducing herself she patiently explained in detail exactly what the test results were. We then discussed the regular medication that I take. She asked various questions relating to my medication e.g., when do I take the tablets, are there any side effects etc. The whole experience was undertaken in a manner which made me feel that I was being treated as a valued patient and not just a name on a list.”
