“I wish there was a way to reply to somebody’s review but I can’t, @Albano Gega has put a 1* review for this Barbers, and it is wrong! He was extremely rude and disrespectful to the members of staff, demanding an apology when he didn’t deserve one, saying their knowledge is wrong on his haircut that was completely fine! I was there and witnessed the whole thing and found it hard to bite my tongue! He even asked for a 1.5 on the sides and when it was done (the clippers don’t lie) he had the audacity to say it wasn’t a 1.5! Also, to complain about their English is outright wrong, they speak English and they’ve made an effort to learn the language, if this guy went to another country I bet my whole life he wouldn’t make a single effort to learn their language. The man cutting my hair kept his cool with him even after how rude he was being to the members of staff and he still has the audacity to complain, because his hair at the back wasn’t “natural”. It was natural and he shouldn’t speak to people like that again because one day someone isn’t going to take it as well as official cuts! Other than that, my haircut is always perfect and this is the best barbers in Kettering. DO NOT listen to a lowlife like this guy, he is probably very rude to any member of staff that serves a purpose such as this!”

“Wow - these girls are amazing. I believe my chihuahua to be the most difficult dog on the planet. However, he was not a great problem to them and they pampered him for well over an hour leaving him looking like a different dog! I can thoroughly recommend them.”

“Absolutely awesome place!! We had the best time. We used the pool (private hire), they have toys and life vests available. Also popped into the daycare centre which is essentially activity land for dogs. Fantastic staff. Honestly, couldn’t fault it at all. Will 100% be back.”

Parking is generally simple right outside the door. Prices are often better than the large chains and quality is great. If you are nearby you should consider visiting.for your pet needs. There is no sense of just being another customer who should be dealt with as quickly as possible. “Highly recommend this groomer. They are super professional, experienced and were very knowledgeable of my dogs coat. My dog is a 1 year sheepadoodle and not the easiest coat to deal with. They listened to my needs and when i went to collect, the dog looked, smelled and felt amazing and was exactly how i wanted her to look. With two terriers, a fluffy girl who likes anything disgusting to roll in and a rescue girl who is highly reactive to anything that makes her uncomfortable, they are definitely a challenge.
