Wait time to answer call was about 10 minutes, call and payment once I was through was fairly straight forward and an easy transaction. renewed by credit card (gives me the option of looking around when I get the reminder!!) I have not had to make a claim so can not make any comments on that side of things (who knows the storm Eunice around at the moment and the after effects!!)”
