“First time I've ever had a lamb and haloumi (signature lamb burger) and my mind was blown. The mix of flavours and textures was just amazing! My only regret is only staying in town for a single night, so I could only sample one dish. The watermelon mojito and basque cheesecake were a real discovery as well! I still dream about them to this day.”

“There's plenty to say about my experience, we came here for an afternoon tea event and stayed over night. The christmas afternoon tea was lovely, there was a live Singer with a stunning voice and she stayed singing the entire time. A varied selection of delicious and moist mini cakes, scones with jam and clotted cream and sandwiches. Along with practically never ending tea. The atmosphere was cozy and warm, the decoration In the tea room was aesthetic and service was brilliant. Staff was polite and quick for being so busy. Check in to the hotel was quick and simple, the hotel itself was also pleasant decorated. Beds comfy, shower pressure was amazing, warm lights, luxurious toiletries, the nescafe machine was a nice touch along with the classical radio. One small issue was a small patch of mold I'm the bathroom”

“We went in at lunch time and it was very busy. We were told there would be a delay, but the food was served in a shorter time than we expected. Locally made pies are very good and the chips are some of the best we have had. Service was very good.”

Popular indoor/outdoor space and enough parking. I always thought the Loop Road was a local myth but really is a road to where you just were with a great pub half-way round! Perhaps that's what heaven will be like...”

“Me and my 4 children stayed at The Stable Yard end of July for 3 nights, and it was very comfortable the children were a bit cautious at first because they had never stayed in a rural location before like this and one of my children carry an EpiPen so she has sever allergies to dust, hay fever, no allergic reaction at all so all good, they were very pleased to see the horses so close up, in the morning’s , we could literally open the door and there were stables across the path, we could not even hear the horses they were so quiet. The host Clarla greeted us and we were left to it. The children were so pleased with our stay that they cannot wait to come back!! I Just wish we had more time to explore the surroundings as there were walks that we could have gone on to take in all that natural countryside views and woodlands. The water was Hot on demand, even with all children showering every day twice, heating took us a bit of getting used to but we worked it out, didn’t really need it, after our first night as the weather improved. A very pleasant stay, the amenities were excellent everything we needed was provided. Our stay was in The Aintree & The Epsom, dishwashers and a washing machine provided, kitchen with cutlery, oven in each, bathrooms were clean too with everything provided towels, loo rolls, ironing boards, iron, kettle, toaster in each apartment. Offer wide variety of blunt wraps and other equipment. This is the only shop that gives me the same feeling as I had when I was a young boy in a sweet shop. 10/10. “Lovely location for Grafham Water. Nice Lodge. Not 5 star as a little due a spruce up. Also loses a star as it wasn't ready when we arrived. This is absolutely fine as we just went and played football on the grass nearby whilst waiting. Would happily stay here again and rhyme recommend it”

“What a lovely place. I dj'd here at the weekend. staff were fantastic. very polite and helpful and helped me with anything needed. batman kept checking I was OK as it was a warm evening. The front bar and back function room both have air conditioning which so many other working clubs don't have and in these hot days they are a god send. especially when you want people up dancing. I can't thank the staff enough for the kindness they gave me. would 100% recommend from an entertainers point if view. As well as someone looking for a function room as well for a birthday or other occasion.”
