“Really love the store, especially for thoughtfully designed kids soft play which is isolated and very secure (yes, you have to book quite in advance, but it is clean, maintained and had good food options which extremely rare in soft plays, even has afternoon tea!) staff very polite and professional ! “My little princess was so terrified of having her claws done, sadly due to awful experiences she has been through with a previous veterinary surgery and a groomer we used to attend. We tried various natural products to reduce her stress but nothing helped. They were so understanding and worked with her to get all done in one appointment as opposed to others not managing it, so then having to go to multiple appointments. A veterinary nurse suggested a prescription medication should be used which a vet recommended was the way forward, but we were concerned at the risks of this. I gave instructions on how I wanted the groom cut and it was done better than anyone else I have tried since I have had her, and everyone has been complimenting it ever since. The spa treatments are fabulous and worth every penny and we were lucky enough that they have a special deal on for them currently. I can't recommend them enough!!! Great job keep it up and many thanks again x”

“Not one to usually leave reviews but I had to on this occasion. I had the pleasure of using their express courier services today and the person I spoke to took into account the urgency of our situation, booked the delivery and made sure everything is done on time for less than 20 minutes although they need to allow an hour for each delivery. All went well and my documents were picked up and delivered in time. Incredible service - highly recommend!”

“Had a cover up of a 35 year old tattoo. I had a few ideas and Edas sat with me and worked out what design would be the best coverage on the old tattoo. The outcome was so much better than I could have imagined. Edas himself is a great guy and funny too. Already thinking of my next tattoo and I know where I’m going to get it done.”

“This is such a great shoe shop for children of all ages. The fitting service is better than any other shop I know, and this is based on my experience with my son and now my granddaughter 34 years on! They take time to check how the child walks without shoes first then find a perfect fitting shoe. I would be happy to travel to this shop if we lived a distance away, although we have now moved nearer and pass it every day! There is plenty of parking outside. I would highly recommend this shop.
