“If IKEA and a botanical garden had a DIY lovechild, it would be B&Q Milton Keynes. First off – parking? Plentiful! I parked so close to the entrance I thought I’d won some sort of loyalty raffle. And yes, it’s massive. Like, “I went in for a pack of screws and emerged three hours later with a hedge trimmer, two geraniums, and a barbecue” massive. The garden section is basically Kew Gardens with price tags. Rows of roses, daisies, and even that fancy lavender that makes your garden look like Downton Abbey’s front porch. Indoor, outdoor, flowering, climbing, potted, scented – they’ve got them all, short of giving them names and national insurance numbers. Need a drill? A hammer? A light fitting shaped like a spaceship? The hardware and lighting aisle is a rabbit hole of pure DIY joy. Lost a screw? You’ll find 247 varieties of it here – and probably three staff members who actually know what they’re talking about. Speaking of staff – top marks. The carpentry and furniture crew helped me build half my living room just by pointing at things with confidence. In summary: B&Q Milton Keynes isn’t just a store – it’s an adventure. Bring a trolley, a budget, and low expectations… they’ll exceed every single one.”

Louise is the meaning of old school service with a thoroughly modern edge. “I had run on to Centre Islam in Newton Lyes on Tuesday and damage both my Tyres and 1 alloy wheel I call RAC and was told this is not converted in my policy I was put through to private mobile company who was charging me £500 I then call AA who would come out as new policy and they came in 20 minutes and got me home I then call Fix My Tyre next day was told they will come with in 60 Minutes the cost was £132 including 1 new Tyers as the other tyre alloy rim was damaged. I was asked to go on the link sent to me that did not work so Zora the lady I spoke to said done worry I Trust you I will send our mobile tyre person Nevid The came in 30 minutes very polite and helpful fixed the tyre He then looked at the damage tyre and said I can fix this you don’t need to buy another one which I ordered at 8am but then canceled it He fixed it with no leaks ( not perfect but it will do for now. Cost £100 but charged £250 total . This company has done miracles for me total Customer service from Zora but even more from Navid who saved me money. Please if you every need this type of service remember FIX MY TYRE that’s the name I would give this company 100 out of 100 Keep up the good work helping people like me are desperate instead of charging arm and leg like the first company I call”

“Had a great experience shopping with Moss bros in MK. Got a suit for my wedding and visited the store several times on a Sunday. Staff were always very attentive, respectful and helpful especially Kurt. I saw him everytime I came and he was always smiling and eager to help.”

“My little princess was so terrified of having her claws done, sadly due to awful experiences she has been through with a previous veterinary surgery and a groomer we used to attend. We tried various natural products to reduce her stress but nothing helped. They were so understanding and worked with her to get all done in one appointment as opposed to others not managing it, so then having to go to multiple appointments. A veterinary nurse suggested a prescription medication should be used which a vet recommended was the way forward, but we were concerned at the risks of this. I gave instructions on how I wanted the groom cut and it was done better than anyone else I have tried since I have had her, and everyone has been complimenting it ever since. The spa treatments are fabulous and worth every penny and we were lucky enough that they have a special deal on for them currently. I can't recommend them enough!!!
