Nothing was too difficult, my lady, whose name I didn’t get went over and above, in my opinion but probably standard for this venue. Said, she loves her job and you can tell! To top it off, I received 15% discount for buying the full package, so essentially, my shoes were free! Would highly recommend this friendly, superior venue for all mothers of the bride and groom.”

“I did not purchase any items from the store but this review is purely about the staff, who were friendly and accommodating. My car suffered a puncture and the staff allowed me to wait in the car park until RAC turned up to do the temporary repair, and even though the car park is scheduled to close at 4pm. The manager said they would leave the gate open later until the tyre repair was done. The manager even brought me a cold beverage as I waited, very thoughtful and kind.”
