“I took my pap who is 83 to Tesco this morning, he is abit fragile at times and was extremely impressed with the girl on the til. The name on her tag was Leah. She was so helpful towards him packed all his shopping into bags and even put the bags back into his trolly. Very pleasant to talk to, made him smile. He was talking about her and how polite she was on the journey home. Hope she gets to c this Thankyou.”

Friendly and polite without being intrusive. A credit to the team at Sainsbury's Gambrel Road, Northampton.”
“We enjoyed a wonderful lunch at the Marks & Spencer cafe in Rushden Lakes. Many of the other eateries are quite pricey and serve larger portions, so it was a real pleasure to find a healthy, good‑value meal here. We’ll definitely be returning.”

“Amazing family run shop, how all shops should be. Stocks everything, even the things you can't find anywhere else, Navin will have it or order it in for you. All the staff are super friendly and kind, nothing is ever too much trouble, always smiling and happy to chat. I wouldn't go anywhere else now.”
“They were very friendly and very helpful going out of their way to look for a product that I've been looking for for some time. Thank you very much”
“I love Lidl. Sometimes I want to buy some fruit, sometimes I want to buy coffee, Perhaps I want to buy a really specialised tool to do an obscure type of Japanese wood working. Lidl sells all those things.”

“Sainsbury’s Kettering is my go-to shop and it never disappoints. I can always find everything I need, the store is well stocked, and it’s easy to get around. The staff are friendly and helpful, which makes shopping there even better. The Nectar perks are a big bonus too – the deals and rewards really add up. Overall, a reliable and convenient supermarket that I’m happy to shop at regularly.”
“Nice and tidy store in Putnoe. Shelves are usually well stocked, and everything’s easy to find. Prices are very reasonable, as expected from ALDI, and the quality of fresh produce is surprisingly good. Staff are helpful and quick at the tills, which keeps the queues moving. Convenient location with enough parking too. Great for a regular weekly shop without the fuss.”
“The Co-op have done a great job throughout the pandemic, sorting out the whole social distancing thing well and only allowing two people in at any time. They've kept very well stocked most times and the staff have been helpful and cheery, as usual. Knowing the Co-op is there in the village and can be relied on has been brilliant at this difficult time.”

“Easy parking. The shop is just the right size, not too small that there isn’t a good selection and not too big that you have to walk for miles. Check out is generally not too busy.”
“Lovely experience today. I did not have a coin for the trolley and the security guard let me take the wheeled basket out to my car as I have a hand in a brace. Very kind. I obviously brought it back. Nice to feel trusted. Clean shop and not my usual shop which is near Newport Pagnell but had just come out of the hospital and needed some things. Also my checkout lady was very kind.”
