“Took my Jeep in this morning (just turned up without an appointment, trying my luck on a day off) and the gentleman was friendly and polite. They couldn't see me right away (which was fair enough given I just showed up!) and asked me to come back a bit later. I went back at the requested time and they saw me straight away - from me arriving to them having the car on the lift and inspecting it was less than 5 minutes. They fixed the issue right away with no fuss. Seem like nice guys too! Great service for a first time visitor.”

“Massive thanks to VCT-Systems! I called to book a last-minute air con gas refill and explained I needed it done early in the morning before work. They opened up before their usual hours just to fit me in—no extra charge for the early start. The job was done in about 40 minutes, everything was cleaned down properly, and the service was top notch. The price was also much cheaper than what bigger brands were quoting, which made the whole experience even better. I had completely run out of air con, and with the recent heat, it made a huge difference—especially with a long drive to the New Forest that day. “Had to get my car battery replaced so called and discussed the details of my car, booked in for first thing on a Saturday, with about 3 days notice, arrived in the day, the chap took my car keys, I paid for the battery and sat in the coffee shop opposite, they then brought the keys over to me in the coffee shop, saying it's ready and no rush plenty of time to finish my drink, begot i collect. Every time I've gone in, they have been super friendly and I have never been overcharged (I would say undercharged if anything.) I have an old car, and they don't fix without consent, they've always checked things with me first before proceeding. This makes me have a lot of faith in them. The man that fixed my car today was working on a Saturday (his usual day off) but still took time to have a good old fashioned chinwag with me afterwards. I would completely understand if he wanted to rush things in order to get home, but he didn't. I would definitely recommend these as I have always gotten top customer service”
