“Having read some of the reviews I was apprehensive of visiting this surgery, especially being phobic and needing some extra understanding... but, I have to say, I've not had a bad experience here. Granted, I've only had a check up, a Hygienist appoinment and a couple of extractions thus far, but it has been really pleasant, and I've been made to feel at ease every step. The whole team have been great, professional, and I am looking forward to restoring my smile with them going forward! Due to a lack of funding throughout the country, they cannot offer NHS, but are very upfront with costs of treatments. They do care. So far so good, and I'm happy I decided to return here!”

The reception team are simply amazing, from my first call with Levi who took so much time and care to explain all my options and help me as much as he could. I’ve had extractions today and again the whole process was so smooth, I am incredibly anxious and I cannot thank this practice and their amazing staff for genuinely putting the care of their patients first. “I have been registered with Ali as my dentist for a long time and can truly say he is a great dentist who is very professional, approachable & makes every visit a pleasure I have had a lot of dental work done over the past 3 years with having to have partial dentures. Ali has always taken the time to explain all Options to make sure I have made the right choices. He will listen to my suggestions & his dental work is great as is his friendly mannerism. His team from the receptionist Julie to all of his dental nurses are friendly & helpful making you feel Comfortable from a telephone call to sitting in the dental chair. I had a bad dental experience when I was younger that put me off dental visits, but I can honestly say that they are now something I actually look forward to.”

Alex is amazing at keeping me calm and I never imagined I'd meet a dentist who could make me laugh during a root canal! The staff are friendly and welcoming too and the clinic feels Covid secure. “Great experience this time. Well I don't think any experience at the dentist is great but Jennifer certainly does her best to put you at ease and explain things. Rang for an emergency appointment as I had had horrible pain for a few days. The receptionist was very pleasant and I received appointment for a couple of hours later. Surgery is very covid secure only allowing a limited number of people in and providing hand sanitizer. So all in all I was very pleased with the service received.”
