“Cannot complain about these guys, praise due where its necessary. I had two basses I didn't need, had no luck trying to sell them, one music shop in Norwich turned their noses up at them. I was looking to get around £300+ for the pair & was given one option from a music shop a few doors away, but they would only take them part exchange & wanted another 10% payment too. As luck would have it, these guys had the very same Ibanez bass I was after, though just an older 2018 model(even had the exact colour of candyapple red). The guy checked my two basses, very happy with the condition of both, all happy, money sorted out & they were happy to take the straight swap for their red Ibanez. Best bit was not only did I get a nice mahogany bodied Ibanez SR300EB but also included was a proper solid bodied case that I wasn't expecting either. Nice simple deal, no nonsense, was able to test the bass & everyone seemed happy. As you can see, sits happily on the wall taking the place my bargain SR300E has been using for a couple of years...”

“Messaged the store, quick response, did a deal on a guitar I had been after. They posted in a reasonable time, unfortunately parcel force did not collect the item for a few days so it took a while to arrive, once unwrapped it appears parcel force have thrown the guitar around as its smashed, woods all cracked, was left seriously disappointed. Kraig the area manager is currently arranging the return and has been exceptionally helpful so far. The staff get 5 stars for responding and being helpful. Very disappointed with the circumstance but i do appreciate your efforts to resolve it.”
