They manage our let property and have taken care of everything so efficiently, making it hassle free for us - definitely worth the management fee. Amy is part of the property management team and she has been amazing! She is always on hand to help and advise whenever we’ve had a question, even something as silly as how to change a lightbulb. She’s always friendly and communicates well, she gets back to emails quickly and is very thorough in her explanations too. “We stayed in Heron Cottage in Horning for a week from 20/05/2023 and hired the moored boat .. the cottage was amazing ... spotlessly clean with everything needed for your stay ... a real home from home ... having he boat topped everything off ... trips on the broads were fantastic and the weather was good to us .. we didn't use the car all week until the Friday when we were recommended the gardens at Hoveton which were beautiful. The village has pubs and restaurants with food ... we took food to start us off but you can get it delivered or pop to Wroxham. Wonderful place to stay, Gail and Ken were lovely hosts .. many thanks to them ... can't recommend Heron Cottage enough.”

“Spacious and well equipped modern accommodation ..very clean and well appointed for all local amenities..owners very friendly and helpfull...large garden area with river access perfect for fishing or just chilling out ... although this hadn't been our original choice ( We had to change due to flooding further down river ..perils of coming in November for winter fishing) we were extremely pleased and would recommend it highly”

“I've been travelling all over England staying in hotels, B&B's etc along the way, so I've seen it all. I wanted to book somewhere special for my last days with my love in Norwich and my last days in England before returning to Australia. From the minute you enter, you will be both relieved and surprised. Everything is spotlessly clean and tidy, personal touches make this home feel incredibly cosy. A beautiful Danish-inspired design is carried throughout the three-floor townhouse. The care and quality of furnishings are evident in each piece that was chosen for this home. The street where the property is located is charming; a bakery, cafes (with good coffee!), antiques and paintings line each side. You'll be minutes from the main part of town, so wonderfully convenient if you're on foot. I honestly wish I had more time to spend here because it truly is a treasure. Thank you so much, Kenny, you've created a very special place.”
