βI ordered the newborn sensory box at the beginning of January. It was dispatched then after a couple weeks I realised it hadnβt arrived and emailed to see. Unfortunately Royal Mail had lost my order in transit. Priya and Peanut were so helpful, they sent out my order again and it arrived the next day! The newborn sensory items are amazing quality and I canβt wait to start using them! Thank youβ

βI want to just take a moment to say a massive thank you to Jordan the manager here was absolutely brilliant when I went in earlier today to return a faulty product. Was more than accommodating and had the issue resolved same day. Couldn't prise him or his team any higher.β
β18/07. Great place to shop, seems a lot bigger than the Loughborough branch, and certainly set out better. Staff were great and sociable, helpful, and smiling. They saved me a pair of grey jog bottoms, though I bought more stuff. Credit to all staff, nice clean place.β
βGreat range of clothes, 1st time visiting and will be back again!β
βArgos is great, helpful staff and quick service. The EE store is exceptional - would always recommend going into store to speak with the team there for any issues and they always get you great deals on phones. They're also super honest and let you know how much data you are actually likely to need rather than always upselling to maximum contracts. Store manager is very friendly - even when busy and he's juggling three different customers at once he's on it. Cannot recommend enough.β

βOutstanding staff and security guard today 23/10/25 at 3pm! I have a serious concussion from Sunday gone (they thought I'd fractured my skull, serious) but I really needed washing stuff for the washing machine and I didn't have anyone to go for me as I'm newish to the area. I felt fine to drive and Asda is literally 5 minutes or less drive away. I was fine driving and fine when I parked up. When I got out of the car I felt really really dizzy but thought I'd just got up fast. I grabbed a trolley to lean on and as I hit the doors I realised this wasn't just vertigo and I needed to sit down before I passed out. I told the security guard who got me a chair instantly and called for first aid trained staff to come and help. The lovely staff asked me if I've eaten to which I said I'd actually forgotten to eat again today and asked me what sandwiches I eat and got me a bottle of water. I asked how much I owe and they said nothing. I explained I didn't want to steal (I'm neurodivergent and they were so kind with this too) and they informed me it's not stealing if they give it to me and then the security and the two staff members stayed with me for up to an hour (one had to leave near the hour mark but the other two were able to stay) one had actually clocked out at 3pm and stayed all the way til I was okay to get up. They even grabbed the two items for my washing machine for me and then paid with my phone and walked me to my car and had a chat at the car to make sure I was okay. It was such a lovely experience and made me feel so safe and included, especially with my conditions I'm often frowned upon, by people. I honestly couldn't ask for better staff members here and it's made me feel so at home because I had this bond with my old superstore Asda where I used to live 200 miles away for four years and was so sad and anxious to leave because it was always a safe space for me with my bad anxiety. But this Asda has proved that yet again, they hire some amazing staff members. (As everywhere you can't say that EVERYONE is amazing and I can't say I haven't had a bad experience over my assistance dog with a higher staff member a month ago, but it's nothing I've not had and sorted out before with their higher ups. This doesn't stop me using this Asda or commending those who deserve it.) Unfortunately I don't have the names of the staff but they see me regularly and know me and my lad but I wish there was a way to get them all a pay rise or something sorted from their head office for their help, understanding and their compassion while they waited and listened to me talk for an hour about stuff. If anyone knows how, please can you let me know (I know Asda employees can reply so maybe that way?)β
βMy mum and I shopped here today and had great customer service with Melanie. Big thank you for being so lovely and professional. Credit to Zara! See you soon βΊοΈβ
