βLittle Plums nursery gave us an amazing experience as parents and our little boy absolutely loved his days there. They had our little one from when he was 4 months old, they made us feel confident about leaving him from his first day. The parent app is regularly updated to let you know what your little ones have been up to. The staff are always happy to help and listen to any worries you have at nursery and home and are really friendly. We had a fantastic 3 years here. Thank you Little Plums for giving my boy and us a great experience and setting his foundations for the future.β
βFlight school at a small airfield. Very knowledgeable staff and easy to talk to. Cafe on site for people waiting for the return of the trainee.β
βAn excellent well maintained track ! I go along to my monthly running clubs track night . Always a blast to be able to work on a track and get some practice in βΊοΈβ
βSince my Grandson has been attending the academy when dropping him off and picking him up I have been met with friendliness and help from all the staff Thank youβ
βI like this gym and there are different activities for children, for example, rhythmic gymnastics club.β
βWell I don't know where to start because there's too much to say about jamia after studying there for 7 years, but most importantly I'd like to say that it was one of the best experience I've experienced in my life and I learnt a lot from there. The Islamic studies there is incomparable and the teachers are always willing to help and they will try their level best to do everything they can to keep the students happy. Also the sister hood and the bond between the teachers and student you feel in jamia you will not find it else where. I would definitely recommend Jamia al hudaa to whoever wants to study Islamic studies in depth this is the perfect place for you.β
βI have attended this college since 2022 and still a student here progressing into my second year, my main concern with the college is that it seems very reserved making friends seems to be really difficult since im not a local to the college many people just seem to go home and i end up being stuck around until 4:20, not to mention being from derby also makes it mor difficult from my experience. The teachers are really good and learning support is brilliant overall its a good college but believe that more support could be offered for those who find it difficult to make friends.β
βThis theatre is part of the Djanogly City Academy. We visited as part of a week long dance competition festival our daughter was competing in during the school holidays (it is not organised by Djanogly City Academy). The theatre has a tiered auditorium seating 300 people including a few wheelchair spaces on the back row accessed via a lift. The stage area is a good size and on ground floor level. There are toilets in the ground floor foyer (ladies, gents, disabled). I didn't go backstage so won't comment on that. The dancers had access to rooms on the other side of the courtyard which were used as changing rooms and a food serving area. There is a small car park on site. This is a good theatre facility which we've visited and enjoyed several times. We'll be back.β
βClean space for playing netball indoorsβ
βMy daughter loves going here and even when she first started and was a little anxious the staff were very helpful at taking her from me and let me know 5 minutes later that she had calmed down and was playing happily, they do lots of activities like going to walks, cooking ect and also have lots of toys to play with. I would recommend this nursery to people in the community that want their children to make friends with children they will eventually go to school with. The children get a drink and a snack whilst there and you can download an app and the staff will let you know if they ate and drank it all or not and will also keep you informed of any upcoming activitiesβ
βA home from home, safe and nurturing environment for your little ones. We started our Jelly Beans journey when our son was one until he graduated from Pre-School this Summer (2023). We had visited lots of really good nurseries in the area but Jelly Beans stood out by being very friendly and extremely flexible. Kelly, Mandy, Lucie and the team have always done their very best to accommodate last minute or ad hoc requests; nothing's ever been too much trouble for them. Our son really enjoyed his time at Jelly Beans and it really did become an extension of the family. The management and staff are just awesome and the children always look happy at the end of the day. We're glad we had our time with them for the past three and a half years and really missed them after that last day β there were a few tears all round. We will definitely be popping back sometime before Christmas to say hello! Would highly recommend.β
βGood big park to roam around on with a running track and a kids play park they also have a small pond to sit by. And there is also a big leisure center with a big swimming pool with a gym inside. There is also a big car park which is free to park at.β

βA brief note to celebrate my grandson's very first swim with his mum. We would very much like to thank Maddie on Arena Reception, for her first class support and great good service. Maddie's engagement and professionalism helped turn this ordinary event into a special and memorable occassion for us all. A great day and wonderful introduction to swimming. Would recommend Rushcliffe Arena without reservation.β
βAll three of my children went to educare, Sherwood Rise. They were amazing with them, very caring and responsive. The manager Lindsey was so proactive. Her and the staffβs patience and inclusive attitude towards my son, helped us during a very difficult time and subsequent diagnosis of autism. With that we were so grateful. Their time there holds some special memories for us.β
βGreat facilities, helpful staff. Good size car parkβ

βGenuinely an amazing leisure centre, hassle free swimming lessons for kids, i cant believe how my daughter had her first swimming class and didnt know how to swim at 5 years old, we tried as parents to teach her how to swim and she was always so nervous and afraid, in her first swimming session with HENRY she swam on her back! I couldnβt believe how he managed to get a very anxious little girl from swimming to get all that confident to swim unaided on the same session, she had another session the following week and swam again on her back unaided. Heβs attentive and gives every child their focused time. My daughter was struggling with her goggles he even picked up on that and took them off and gave them a wipe and carried on. After her first session he came over to have a chat and gave lara the biggest words of encouragement for learning how to swim so quick. She came back home and would not stop talking about her achievements and couldnβt wait to come back. I would honestly recommend this swimming center for any parents, no frills, youβre in and out quickly, they learn so much in a short space of time, i hope this gets passed on to henry, he deserves some sort of recognition for being an incredible teacher, iβve seen swim coaches in the past whilst iβve been swimming myself and yet to see someone with that level of attentiveness, assertiveness that children need to focus on their swimming and encouragement they need to thrive in. Thank you for teaching my daughter how to swim on her back in the shortest time and getting her our of her shell!β
βThis is my happy place...my safe place. Its not just about exercising and keeping fit in the amazing gym for someone who lives alone and is of mature years its about support friendship and caring for each other. They have an amazing team of staff who have had my back all through the difficult times and have been there for me, if only for a chat and a hug, believe me it makes the world of difference. It is so good for your mental health too. It is a pleasure to be a member here . The staff work hard and have kept us safe all through the pandemic and everywhere is kept clean. Thank you all so much.β
βBeen coming to this particular facility for the last 3 - 4 years to use the gym, the choice of equipment is good; from machines to free weights, also some more functional training equipment in the DOSE studio. The equipment in the cardio studio upstairs is a little bit dated, however it's usually pretty easy to get on to whatever you need. People are generally friendly and helpful, and there are a good few regulars that use the gym at the times I'm there (mornings), so it kind of makes it a social experience. It can get a little busy at certain times, for example when the physios are there on Fridays.β
βHaving had a very bad experience at another nursery, as you can imagine, my child was reluctant to leave my side. My child also has mild separation anxiety. Being a lockdown child, she doesn't like to be left with strangers. She was only 3 when we found this nursery, and being anxious myself, knowing I had to leave my child again in the hands of strangers, I needed to find the perfect setting for my daughter. We looked at so many nurseries, but none were to my satisfaction. I honestly nearly gave up on the idea and was thinking about extending my work relief until she was in full-time education. Radcliffe Road Day Nursery was a breath of fresh air. I could instantly see how happy and cheerful the children were. The nursery was clean and smelled fresh. The staff were happy, helpful, and friendly. I analyzed body language and paid close attention to every detail. The way the staff engaged with my daughter and the other children in the setting impressed me right from the start. The outdoor area was fabulous - sand pit, water play, mud pit. They changed the children into puddle suits andwellie boots before going out to play. They got out of dirty clothes and washed hands upon their return. Genuinely, the children and staff all seemed to be having such great fun together. Professional, organized, clean, happy - I couldn't ask for a better nursery. It was slightly more expensive than the other places I visited, but honestly worth every penny. I would 100% recommend these ladies and gentlemen. I was very happy with every aspect. My daughter loves to go to the nursery, she loves her key workers, and has definitely excelled in her short time. Thank you to all the staff and keep doing what you are doing. Fabulous, truly fabulous. Thank you - 5-star!! I'd give 10 stars if I could.β
βThe nursery has a caring and nurturing atmosphere and is well managed. The staff members are lovely and see the children as individuals. Our children have been very happy at Scott's Wood and I am glad we chose this nursery.β
