(Sorry if that’s not how you spell your name) We’ve been loyal Domino’s customers for a long time, ordering every month and spending around £60–£70. It’s our go-to for family nights and we always look forward to it. Unfortunately, our most recent order didn’t live up to the usual standard, both pizzas had poor presentation and just didn’t look right. It was disappointing, especially considering how often we order. We called the store straight away to raise our concerns. That’s when Gabe, the assistant manager, stepped in and completely turned the situation around. He was understanding, professional, and genuinely apologetic. Without hesitation, he offered to repeat the full order for free next time, no fuss, no hassle, just great service. Gabe handled everything with such care and made us feel like our loyalty really mattered. Thanks to him, what could’ve been a frustrating experience became a reminder of why we keep coming back. We have received our free order tonight as promised! Huge thanks to Gabe for going above and beyond, a real credit to Domino’s!”

“I am a vegetaria, and I like most of all the vegetarian options at this store as they prepare the pizzas with utmost care and cleanliness, moreover, the last pizza which I ordered was delicious, it was cypriot, I don't know whether I can upload the picture because I took one, it was looking mouthwatering, it tasted even better, I loved it, and I will always order from Papa John's, Arnold in future.”

“One of the best takeaway in Nottingham. Before they did go a little down hill but now the food, the quality, the service is banging. My order came in 30 mins and was amazing. Staff are friendly and always try to help you out, couldn’t really ask for anything much and well done to the owners youngest son. Most well mannered and his cooking skills are on point. Recommend all family and friends!!”

“We’ve had some bad experiences with McDonalds recently, but this one put all those others to shame and served like the manual. Food was ordered easily from the screen, it was delivered to the table in good time and was hot/fresh. Service from Wendy (I hope I got this right) was excellent, she was attentive and helped where she could with our kids. Bringing bits or clearing the tables, absolute star. Out of all of the locations in the area, I’d recommend this one. My only gripe (which isn’t McDonalds fault) are the rude delivery drivers who barge through and push themselves around. Yes, we know you are on a clock, but be polite and say excuse me politely and we will move aside”

“Ordered 2 pizzas for collection today. The phone was answered quickly, the ordering process was quick and easy, the ordering process was straight forward. Parking outside the store is restricted, but there is parking on a side street near the store. The staff member and manager on shift today were really informative and helpful (around vouchers, sauces, which box is the vegan one). The pizza themselves are delicious - large pan, Hawaiin with Jalepenos and the vegan cheese is delicious!”

Hot fresh tasty food delivered quickly. Lovely people, professional, polite, and great food! It's when things go wrong that you find out if a business is just average or better. This was one of those times. Will certainly use again.”

“Had my 2nd pizza from this domino's tonight 09/10/25 and they have both been nice and hot and just right and the staff are amazing both over the phone and the delivery staff so id happily be using this one for my go to pizzas while at work in the area”

“A regular customer at pepinos. They are amazing for pizzas and good chips. Food always arrives warm and always tastes good. If they are running late with deliveries they always let us know. Don’t bother with any other pizza places, it’s our go to place. Even our little one loves their pizzas. They are good with allergies as well. Highly recommended people order from here.”

“Ordered food and it was give or take 10-15 minutes later than expected. It’s Friday night so we was just waiting (we wouldn’t usually call and ask until maybe 20 minutes have gone by) but was really surprised that in addition to our food we received an apology garlic bread pizza. It was really nice to have our wait acknowledged so thank you v much and we’ll be sure to order again following the thoughtful service.”
