Our common persistence and hard work enabled me to sit my exam successfully. Especially, I am grateful for teachers' desire to prepare me in their spare time outside the lessons. “me and my mate were walking up john guy and the "general" (super security guard) seemed to notice that my friend's shoelaces were a bit loose. Me and my friend shared eye contact for a split second, and from there it went drastically downhill. The general effortlessly grabbed onto his right shoe, and with a angelic effect, lifted the poor boy off the ground. Screams echoed the john guy corridors but it was all in vain. The shoe was taken, but the dignity was stripped too. There was no coming back from this. My friend yelled "COBRA KAI!!" and descended down the staircase, never to return. I have not seem him since that eventful day, but people say that he watches from the shadows, ready to pounce at the general at any given moment. 10/10, would recommend!!!”

“I completed my level 2 childcare course at this college in 2015. It was one of the best years of my life. The teachers and staff are amazing and I made such a wonderful group of friends. I particularly loved spending my free periods in the canteen, the food was always great. It’s very well run. The teacher I had on my course, I believe her name was Tracy was absolutely fantastic. She did a great job at supporting me, I don’t think I’d of passed my course without her help. Highly recommend for anyone needing an NVQ or A levels.”

“I was at the college from 1989 to 1991, as a mature student, at first suffering massive culture shock - but honestly these years turned out to be just phenomenal. They were incredible due completely to the standard of lecturers, imparting the most amazing and relevant knowledge. I always look back at these years, and smile. “We got married on 31st may this year at old luxters barn and used the business school the night before to stay and get ready on the morning of the wedding. I cannot recommend this place enough! The booking was made easy and we were given 2 big bridal suite rooms to use which were ideal when getting ready with there being a big group of us! The staff were incredibly helpful and professional and could not do enough for us! The beds are super comfy and rooms were immaculate meaning I had a great nights sleep before the big day! Breakfast started early And was lovely! A lot of our guests used the business school to stay on the night of the wedding and all said how great it was. I would definitely use this place again!”

“My daughter had such an amazing experience in her first Steppin Out big show, Steppin Into Oz!! She thoroughly enjoyed the process, and Steppin Out is her favourite part of the week. After coming out of her last show, she said she wanted to just keep doing the shows, so a very happy girl who loved it all. The staff have put in so much time and effort, the costumes were amazing and the children shone on stage, and made magic! The opening number was brilliant and the finale was a tear jerker. We can't wait for the next one!”

“Luke has been attending Stagecoach for 5 years now. He has recently gone up to the Furthers group as he is now 14 which he was a bit worried about. Saying that he still loves it as much if not more than he had. All the teachers are so friendly, kind & caring that he has always felt safe whilst doing something he loves. They clearly all enjoy what they do. They go out of their way to ensure that everyone is involved & enjoying their time each week. “I cannot recommend YEM enough! We have been with them for a number of years now and they just keep getting better. Their genuine care and passion for all students shines through in everything they do, from the skills taught in all classes to the support for mental health and well-being. Our daughter’s confidence has increased tenfold since she has been part of the YEM family - they encourage, support and develop and allow the children to showcase their skills on stage at their ‘big’ show bi-annually, with a smaller family showcase the alternating year.
