“The hotel was absolutely lovely. As a wheelchair user, I get anxious about going to new places but this hotel is 100% disabled friendly. Although I didn't have a disabled room, the room I had was very spacious and I was still able to use my wheelchair in it easily. It was very clean, the food was delicious (although slightly expensive), and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. I would 100% recommend this place for a lovely little retreat, the spa facilities were really nice and also wheelchair friendly!”

“Good location. Next door to Beefeater for food. Booked by company, so walk in pick up card, enter reg number of van into system to avoid parking charge. Nice room with TV, clean comfortable bed. Acceptable bathroom, hairdryer etc. Good kip. Morning coffee, drop card in box. Sorted.”

“Just had our “Surprise” wedding reception here. Staff were more than helpful in getting the room set up despite the fact we were essentially self catering. Moved food into their fridges to keep it cool and kept topping up as needed. Great room for a largish party of 100 or so and despite the 30 degrees outside the air conditioning kept us cool. The staff were really helpful including at the end when we had lots of tables to sort out and clear they did most of it for us making our evening as enjoyable as possible.”

“We approached Chris at Waterloo Travel to put together a bespoke trip for us to Scotland. We knew we wanted to see a few key sites but didn't know which way to do them, where to stay or what would be best in terms of travel arrangements. Chris was able to step up and help with all of that. He pulled together an incredible plan featuring all of the spots we wanted to see plus some extras we hadn’t thought of to include. He even managed to get us on some alternative transport methods including the Caledonian Sleeper train to Scotland – which is a must! He found some incredibly beautiful B&B’s for us to stay in, guest houses and hotels. It was a real mixture of accommodation that gave us the flexibility to see all the sites, eat and drink in different places and experience all Scotland has to offer. Chris really made the whole planning process easy and stress free! I can’t wait to book our next adventure with Waterloo travel.”

“I've just vacated our flat after 4 years and I'm sad to leave. The location is amazing, right in front of Waitrose and a stone throw from a high end selection of shops. Our flat was super comfortable. What stood out, above all, is the quality of the services from the concierge and the maintenance teams. The common areas were always spotless and the building felt very safe. Thank you for a very enjoyable 4 years.”

“We loved our relaxing break at Pheasants Hill Old Byre. We’ve stayed in lots of cottages and this was one of the best. Everything you could need in the cottage had been thought of including one of the most comfortable beds we’ve stayed in. The hosts, Kate and Charles provided a warm welcome and the goodies provided were greatly appreciated (especially the cookies). There are great walks on the doorstep, and we loved exploring Hambleden Valley and our walk down the Thames river to Henley. There’s load of great pubs and restaurants to choose from in the local vicinity as well. We hope to return. Thank you.”

“We had a superior double room, it had loads of space and a coffee machine (always nice to have) the bed was comfy and the whole room was clean, all the rooms were sealed after cleaning with no one else being aloud it until we went it, so I felt they had taken all steps they could. The staff were really helpful and friendly and the food was fantastic, we had breakfast 2 mornings and dinner 1 night and it was excellent. My only quarrel about here was we could hear the road although it wasn't loud enough to keep us awake. Its a must stay and we will be staying again”

“Was a great venue for a hen of 17 people. The bar outside was a nice feature, especially with all the lights - it was a great place to set up a cocktail bar in the evening. We got lucky with great weather so we setup the benches outside for dinner which looked out onto the field with horses. The snug/living room was a great place to have evening dancing and the TV is setup with a HDMI cable to play hen games on the TV. The kitchen had all the facilities needed for meals and a Sainsbury is a 10-15 mins drive away which was super handy. As well as the pub at the end of the road.”

“This is our second time staying here this year at Dial house hotel..we would definitely be visiting here again and again...it has a charm and character that you don't get with bigger hotel chains...the staff are amazingly friendly and accommodating..the rooms are rustic and the shower is amazing hot and powerful..the rooms are clean and so cosy..the staff has personal attention in details to make our stay comfortable...would definitely recommend you stay here to find out what a great place this is....Spence and Bara”

“I come regularly to visit my children and stay here. The rooms are a little dated, but don’t let this put you off because the beds are super comfy as they have recently changed them all. I had a fantastic nights sleep. The staff are always very welcoming, helpful and polite.Parking is great and I think the price is extremely reasonable for what you get here. This is always my first choice when I come back to Bracknell.”

“Pleasant, helpful service from all staff members. Convenient location. I visited on a hot sunny weekend and each time I returned from a day out there was no trouble finding a parking bay. Good car parking facility. I can't comment on food as I did not eat there. TV, kettle and drinks facility, shower gel and towels provided in the room. Also provided was a fan, thankfully, as was a heatwave, so it was a blessing indeed. No hairdryer or iron, but I understand you only had to ask at reception if one was required. Good shower. Bed was OK, but didn't like the pillow at all and the loo seat was askew and needed fixing, but good room at a good price deal for three nights. I would stay again as there were no issues and it was very handy for the railway station for Windsor & Eton.”

“I stayed in the guest house for two weeks for work. All of the people that work here are really friendly, especially Tom! From the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out he made sure everything about my stay was good. The hotel room was clean and recently refurbished. It was a short walk across the road to the Cunningham hotel who also run the guest house. Here you could order the most amazing Yorkshire wrap which I would highly recommend!! Another great dish was Luke’s special chicken burger, but the Yorkshire wrap is definitely the best option! They also have a lovely big garden. I really enjoyed my time here, and I would stay here again.”
