A few days ago, I came in to book an appointment and spoke to a very sweet lady (can’t remember the name) who recommended Abby for a balayage. She showed me Abby’s work on Instagram and explained the service would be £150, including the balayage and a trim, which sounded perfect to me. Today was the appointment, and from the moment I arrived, Abby was incredibly kind and professional. I’m very particular about my hair and was a bit nervous as it was my first time at this salon, but Abby made me feel totally at ease. Before starting, I showed her a photo of what I wanted, and she explained exactly what she planned to do. Throughout the process, she kept me updated, which I really appreciated. I felt super comfortable the whole time—and when I saw the final result, I was honestly shocked (in the best way!). It turned out exactly how I imagined, if not better. I was absolutely thrilled. At the end, I was charged £170 instead of £150, but honestly, I'm not complaining. Abby did an amazing job and truly deserves every penny. The service was fantastic, the vibe in the salon was great, and everyone there was so lovely. I’ll definitely be coming back!”
