Getting the beds into the bedrooms was challenging but not to much for these guys. Oh no, where there is a will there is away. Well there certainly was the will so after a bit of careful consideration the guys hatched a cunning plan and achieved what seemed to be the impossible. Safe to say we are extremely relieved and pleased. Thanks again and see you soon.”

“Walking into the shop for the first time was a real pleasure the amount of beds on display was a lot more than I expected, we tried various mattresses for comfort and size and got great advice and help from the staff member on duty that day , he was very very helpful knowledgeable and new a lot about all products in here, so after listening to the advice given I bought a new mattress which I went for in the first place plus a new bed base and various other accessories as well, overall a great experience with know pressure to buy anything at all got what I went for and they hav great offers on weekly and every brand of bed and mattresses you can imagine at great prices.”

“We wanted to write a review to thank Marie in the kitchen department for being very helpful and professional with us during our appointments. Nothing was to much trouble and explained everything to a very high standard. She went the extra mile from coffees, ensuring parking reg confirmed to adding our dogs into the illustrations and also checked regularly if we were comfortable. On multiple times we changed our ideas and requirements and Marie happily supported us and changed everything with no trouble at all. We have decided not to purchase from B and Q this time (product related) but just wanted to give feedback on the excellent customer service we received in store from Marie, Compared to other places we visited.”

He's dealt with me a couple times regarding a Bluey shopping centre (Hammerbarn) and each time I received the wrong item without the tradies truck. Online services were useless and were of no help. Well today, he went above and beyond and reached out to my next local store for the correct item and got them to reserve it for me. Janine was a fantastic host, really chatty and so friendly, the atmosphere was very welcoming and everyone we encountered was lovely! The food was definitely in its own league, great portion sizes for the tapas, and everything we ordered was delicious! Cocktails were 5/5 we recommend the Rosé Sangria you won't regret it! “This was such an amazing find! My partner found this beauty by mistake when we were looking at going out for food at lunch and it was even better than expected! The food was amazing, choice was good (I'm veggy so always a tiny issue at times) and absolutely delicious. The staff couldn't be more welcoming and could not do enough to help. Plus, the view of the planes and the runway was amazing along with earwigging on the members there which was so interesting. We'll definitely be back!”

“Very cute cafe with nice food. We stopped here on the way from York to the Cotswolds and it’s a really great stopping point. Not far from the highway with many things to do near the cafe.”

“I found The Little Kitchen Factory while browsing for local independent kitchen suppliers. I subsequently found out that most find them by word of mouth recommended. We are so pleased that we used this lovely little business, they more than met our initial vision and far surpassed our expectations on delivery and completion. We had looked at Howdens, Wren and other independents however none came close to what The Little Kitchen Factory offered and delivered. The transformation from our previous small dingy kitchen and dining room to the bright, light, well appointed space is remarkable. All this is down to this local business where passion and customer care are not just strap lines on a flashy advertisement. Under Paul the director, who truly takes time to address any unexpected issues, there is a talented team who all in turn apply their skills and knowledge to produce a top class product. John in sales is fantastic, patiently listens to the customer’s idea, to then guide them through a far better solution! No pressure, just years of understanding his trade and knowledge, with a keen eye to envisage the very best options for a limited space. The fitting team were brilliant, Daz and Harry undertook the bulk of the work. Daz was extremely helpful and his attention to detail ensures a very high quality finish. Thank you so much for the care you took and the extras you kind carried out. I cannot find fault with this business, this post does not come near explaining the customer care delivered. Make them a top priority to visit as you start your new kitchen search. You will not be disappointed.
