“I had a fixed brace with Refine. I was in my 40s when I first spoke with the team, namely Fiona initially. She was reassuring and positive about the procedure whilst being honest and realistic also. I began wearing a brace and received fantastic care and attention from the team every 6 weeks. I felt very respected and looked after throughout the time I wore the brace. It took a long time (2 years 3 months) but I am so pleased with results and it was definitely worth it. The payment plan was good to use also. Despite bringing it up several times at my previous clinic, I was only advised to maintain better oral hygiene and was occasionally prescribed antibiotics—none of which solved the root problem. Thankfully, I was eventually referred to this clinic, where a proper extraction was arranged. The procedure itself was quite challenging, as my wisdom tooth was fully impacted and growing sideways. However, Dr. Emmanuel and the nurse on duty that day handled the situation with great patience, professionalism, and adaptability. The surgery was ultimately successful, and my wound has been healing very well. I'm truly thankful for their support and care throughout the entire process. Highly recommended!”
