“My wife and I have been using this dental surgery for around ten years and have always enjoyed a great service throughout. We've built a trusted rapport with our regular dental surgeon and every one of the reception staff have always been very kind, friendly, helpful and understanding. We have complete confidence in this very patient-oriented service and can say in all honesty that we've never had the slightest cause for complaint, for any reason. We're very surprised to see negative comments from some patients, who've unfortunately had an unsatisfactory experience. We're confident that these must be very rare occurrences. My wife's Periodontitis and my Radiotherapy for throat cancer (which severely damaged my teeth and gums) means that we've probably both had considerably more dental work than average, particularly over the last three or four years, and continue to be extremely grateful for the quality service we've always received. We recommend 'mydentist' without hesitation.”

“My dentist referred me here to have a wisdom tooth removal. The process took from March to now, but through no fault of MyDentist, they fitted me in as soon as I rang and I managed to get a cancellation appointment, which I wasn’t expecting. The team who dealt with my extraction were brilliant from start to finish, they explained everything and were really reassuring. The extraction wasn’t the easiest and it wasn’t 100% straight forward. I don’t suffer with anxiety around dental work but I imagine if you did, the staff would be really calming. I got there early and was seen 25 minutes before my appointment time. The aftercare was explained to me much better than previous work elsewhere. I understand we all have different experiences looking at some of the reviews on here, but I honestly can’t fault them for the service I’ve received. I’m also grateful the tooth is gone!”

“The 2 Reception staff were so lovely, welcoming and helpful. Within 2 weeks of being on the waiting list we was accepted as nhs patients. Then registered our children and booked their checkup for the same week. Checkup and treatment appointment was only 2 days apart! Overall really good however the wait to be seen was around 30 minutes. Highly recommend”

“A real gain was finding this place as for the first time I had two fillings and no pain. I am terrified of dentists and this is not helped because I can't open my mouth very wide. Today I walked out with no pain at all and when I need to breathe he stopped and gave me a minute. “First time visitor to this site after the move from Saltergate Dental Practice. The reception area is bright, airy, colourful and clean. The receptionist, Alex, was polite, friendly and accommodating. The room where we saw the dentist was also bright, spacious and clean. The highlight of the visit was the tree image on the ceiling when I was having my teeth checked... No more staring at the cracks in the ceiling! Overall, an excellent visit.”
